I love Jersey Mike's subs, but this location is by far the worst one I've ever been in. Unfortunately, since I live very close to it, I'm there fairly regularly. I don't even know why I keep going back - the employees are all lazy kids who couldn't care less about their jobs. You never see the same employee twice - that's how much turnover there is there. The staff is badly managed, they are rude, totally disinterested in being there, and take zero pride in their work. As much as I love their sandwiches, I think it's time for me to throw in the towel and stop going there because I always leave frustrated or angry. If you do go there, make sure you get there at least a half hour before closing or they'll tell you they are out of things, they can't make something, they've already turned everything off and shut everything down or some lame excuse because they just want to get out of there at nine o'clock on the dot. I notice several other reviews mention them closing early or turning off the Open sign or saying they can't make something because they've already cleaned up. If I owned a business and found out my employees were closing early behind my back, you can bet there'd be some heads rolling, some employees fired, and it would sure never happen again. But apparently, it is a regular thing there. Unbelievable! You also never see a single smile out of any of them and customer service? Forget it. You feel like, as a customer, you're more of an annoyance to them than you are one of the people who guarantees they have a job. In the year or so that I've lived here, I can't say I have ever encountered one friendly, capable employee that I would ever consider hiring if I owned or ran the place. Is it really so hard to find decent employees? Is what they have working there the best that's out there these days? If so, it's...
Read moreYesterday I ordered for myself and my co-worker. I had enough points for a giant so I used those. He got a regular. We ordered around 2pm on 7/18/22. My ingredients and bread choice were made on the regular and his ingredients and bread choice were made on the giant. We are hourly so we only get a specific amount of time for lunch so he ate his sandwich -- he was ok with my bread choice. I was not ok with the other half of his sandwich nor his bread choice so only at 1/2 of my (now) regular on white (not rosemary parm). I took the other half of my sandwich and the other half of his (now) giant sandwich back to the store and they remade my giant properly. 1. Not ONCE did anyone express that they were sorry about the mix up 2. Calling into the store took 3 tries and about 80 rings until the phone was answered -- at 3 pm in the afternoon! Not even lunch rush. 3. The person who re-made my sandwich (at 5pm when I got off work) handled money with his lunch lady gloves directly before diving into the lettuce and tomatoes to finish my sandwich. 4. I was disgusted with the store's lack of hygiene. I gave up with trying to get my sandwich made correctly and threw it out even though by then I was really hungry. I would like to at least receive an apology. My co-worker and I don't go to Jersey Mike's a lot as we save it for special occasions but I think it will be a LONG time...
Read moreso unbelievably irritated - sandwiches are not good when compared to other Jersey Mikes in the area. We wanted to be regulars here because we live so close and my husband loves Jersey Mike’s for their GF bread.
The first time we ordered, we ordered the regular subs and there was far less meat and toppings when compared to other stores.
The second time, we ordered extra meat and even after ordering extra meat, it looked like a regular sandwich.
The third and final time we ordered was tonight. We both ordered extra meat. We get our sandwiches (door dash, 15 dollars for a freaking sandwich) , and tell me how my “extra meat” sandwich had one piece of pepperoni on it.
We’re done. Two sandwiches, one gluten free and one bag of chips on door dash is 36+ dollars for “extra meat”, and we don’t even get it. It’s a scam and it pisses me off. Every other Jersey Mikes has been better and the sandwiches are double the size. We never leave reviews but it’s not worth what they charge at this store because it’s not even slightly comparable to the sandwiches at the other stores - and we’ve been eating at Jersey Mikes ALL OVER for years. Go to...
