Panera Bread — Restaurant in Aurora

I visited Panera today with a friend. We placed our orders separately. I ordered a vegetarian dish. When my order was ready I took it to our table, I was getting ready to eat it and found chicken throughout the dish. I took it back to the person making the food she said it was ordered with chicken. When she re-made my order she slammed the bowl down on the counter and then the platter to follow. REALLY? This was not my fault and she acted as if she was inconvenienced. When I took it to my table, it was sloppily put together and in the same bowl that the chicken was in, there was food on the outside of the bowl. It appeared that she dumped the first order out and replaced with the 2nd order. It was not even a full order. I requested to speak with a manager and proceeded to complain to him my dissatisfaction with the food and my experience.My order came to about $13. He told me dishes without meat are not as full with dishes that are ordered with meat...REALLY? He asked me what he could do for me. I asked him several times to come to my table to look at the food I was presented. He said we can remake your food or give your money back. He said he would talk to her privately about her actions. He was apprehensive about coming to my table. On the way to my table I pointed to a photo of the dish I ordered, and my food didn't even come close to looking what would be presented to me. When the manager got to my table he looked at it and didn't even admit it looked bad. He had the dish remade and what he brought to my table looked much better. February 2025: My order was ready before time. It was delicious and hot. I got two asiago stackers, and they come with a bag of potato chips. Chicken Roma and spicy steak. They went crazy with the arugula. It was good yet I'll go light on that next time. Customer service was good as always. Until next time.

June 2024: They remodeled a little bit. It opened it up and made it more cozy. Great crew in place and the customer service was good as usual.

May 2023: I placed my order when the restaurant was closed. I made a mistake and didn't get the bagels sliced. The order was ready early, and they sliced the bagels for me really quick. Great store, and they always try and help you even when its busy.

March 2023: fast and friendly service, and clean environment. I brought a baker's dozen on Tuesday morning. I customized it. I love this location.

2020: The main door was closed, and we all had to use the side door. The wait was long because there weren't enough employees to prep food. The food wasn't placed right, and the portions were off. I might pass on this location. The cashier was awesome, and let me know there might be a wait and slipped me a drink cup. The free drink did calm my nerves. I'm negl. Today was the second time I went to this location and got another sandwich that I'm disappointed in. Last week I went in. I wanted to try their new chicken Roma sandwich. Since I'm a pickie eater, and they did not have the ingredients listed, I asked what was on the sandwich. This person failed to tell me there is a garlic aoli. I do not like mayo, and if I knew it was on the sandwich. I would have asked them to take it off.

Today, when I went in, I knew what I wanted, and the chicken Roma was now disconnected. The person taking my order states the can do the garden caprese sandwich (the cashier did tell me the ingredients and I did say i go not like mayo and left off the garlic aoli) and add chicken to it. She gave me an option for chicken, and I picked the grill chicken. I did notice when I picked up my order that it did say chicken salad, and I should have said something. But I wanted to get going, so I grabbed my food and left. When I opened the sandwich, I saw the chicken salad had a lot of stuff that was not told to me. This sandwich was disgusting, and I could not eat it. My sister like this place so I will be going there one more time, but if I get another wrong sandwich I will...
