I love coffee and Starbucks but I'm from Phoenix az. I've been out to visit my sister 3 times and we get Starbucks all the time. But something new that's happening is when we customize an order which you're allowed to do, especially on their app, they do not put enough half and half, maybe a few teaspoons. You pay 4/5 bucks for two sips of coffee filled with all ice. They tell you it's their policy but that's bull. In Phoenix they fill it almost to the top and if you order on the app and put extra splash they do that too, no extra charges. The funny part is that they offer half and half free on their counter for customers to use. So what's the problem guys? What's the difference if you put the half and half or if I do with the FREE one you place out for anyone to use. There is something wrong with this and it's truly disappointing that such a good company with loyal customers would...
Read moreI was going to an event when I thought I would stop by for some coffee. When I received my coffee, the cap wasn't closed. I tried to close it and the drink spilled everywhere in my new car and on me. So, I had to go inside the Starbucks and get napkins. I cleaned my car for 10 minutes and there was still coffee everywhere, so I went to get more napkins and I explained what happened to one of the workers. The worker told me that they had defective caps which is why the cap wasn't closing with no apology. Starbucks shouldn't be selling defective caps knowingly to people. So, I went back outside in 90 degree weather and cleaned the rest of my car. I went back inside one more time to ask for a new cap and the worker gave me one that finally worked. So, it took me 20 minutes to clean my car, I was late for my event, and my new clothes were stained with coffee. I'm not coming...
Read moreI come to Starbucks every morning for my coffee, religiously. Sometimes I make a second trip after work. I order a shaken espresso, no classic syrup, sub vanilla and line cup with caramel sauce. The amount of times a week that my drink is wrong is astounding. Plus, you charge $.60 for the caramel, so your baristas should be making sure the customer is getting what they pay for. It never fails-- either its not shaken and it looks like a latte or they put oatmilk instead of whole milk. It blows my mind. You can't even use the excuse "it's busy".. cause here I am at 5:22 on a Saturday and NO ONE else is in the store or in the drive thru. Then when I try to get my drink fixed I get attitude like I'm in the wrong. Thanks Justin for helping when your manager didn't want to acknowledge a customer standing there waiting...
