HORRIBLE customer service!!! I added money to card and then I ordered 3 drinks. I asked for one of the drinks, the Espresso Macchiato, to have caramel sauce added to it. The cashier then stated that is not the way the drink was. I then stated that is the way I had always asked for this drink and the baristas have made the drink like this for me before. The cashier then she stated that whoever did that before was making the drink incorrectly. Which is interesting because Starbucks always promotes the fact that "Your drink should be perfect, every time. If not, let us know and we'll make it right." I don't understand why we had to get so much attitude to add simple caramel sauce to my drink that would make me, the customer happy. I then noticed that I had asked for one of the drinks incorrectly. I accidentally ordered the caramel Macchiato but I wanted the green tea frap. We asked the cashier to please change it out and the next thing we know, we received a grande frap when we paid for a venti. She then stated that the grande frap was the same price as the caramel macchiato venti. But why she did not ask me if I wanted to pay the difference to receive the venti frap is where my confusion is at. Therefore, my daughter ended up talking to the cashier about her horrible attitude and all she could do is turn her back against my daughter as if she did not exist. Unfortunately, we could not get the name of this cashier but all I can say is that she was there on 03/20/16 at/around 05:55 PM at Drawer: 1 Reg: 1 checking out customers. For some reason Starbucks receipts do not have the names of the cashiers, which is interesting. But I cannot believe what a horrible experience this was and because of this, I may never buy Starbucks again. I wrote this review in hopes that it could help other customers that go to this Starbucks. My suggestion is to stay away or this same experience may happen to you! Thanks...
Read moreAfter having coffee almost every day at this Starbucks, with 5-star service almost all the time, thanks especially to Dave and Dean, today I got the motivation to start making coffee at home.
Today, as usual, I went and waited a few minutes in front of the ordering screen, and without anyone responding or saying "wait a moment", I mistakenly assumed it was broken, which I also believed because of the slow service in the line for the window. When I got to the window, I received a long scolding. "Why didn't you order on the screen?" I explain what happened and I'm sorry, assuming that since no one responded to me and the screen was off, it was broken, and instead of "I'm so sorry, it was a confusion", I received an "if you don't order on the screen, we can't serve you. We don't take orders here at the window". She repeats the same thing again and then tells me, "it's the last time I take an order here". I'm a mom in my 30s, I didn't think I'd receive scolding like that again in my life, and honestly, I was so shocked that I didn't want to respond to anything.

Read more2021 has been a awful year for me so far. It's testing my resilience beyond what 2020 put me through. I was having a really bad day, and was debating Starbucks. I went and ordered the usual Honey Citrus Mint Tea and chocolate croissant. And like a loser, asked "What do you recommend after a bad day at work and dealing with a bad breakup?" Two lovely people suggested the velvet loaf bread (which was indeed very sweet and delicious). Once my order was ready, a sweet woman came to the window and reassured me and said she hopes I have a better day. I told her a little of what I've been going through, and she was so nice and kind telling me I'm a good person. I wish I asked the names of the two baristas I talked to, because they lifted my sad mood. I cried of happiness on my drive home instead of sadness, and came home to find kind notes written on each item I got. This Starbucks is so much better than the one on US-34 by Douglas. Thank you for taking the extra minute to make me, a complete stranger, feel comforted and reassured. This is the nicest thing someone has done for me in a long time.
