Subway — Restaurant in Aurora

Very disappointed! Guy who seemed to be manager or owner was wearing flip flops in the prep and serving area. I was overcharged on 2 items to make them a meal and overcharged for extra cheese. The pictures show how much it is to make a meal ($2.60); I was charged $2.65 for a 6" and $2.85 for a 12". I was also overcharged for extra cheese. Extra cheese is marked as $0.40 for a 12" and I was charged $0.60. The service was extremely slow and we were only ones in line. When I asked for clarification on the price difference; I was talked down to. Buyer beware! They're ruining this franchise that has been here for decades. One might say I was only overcharged $0.50; which isn't much, I agree. It's the principal of the thing. If the menu states one thing and they charge another; that's bad business. Update your prices on your menu to reflect your current prices; stop ripping people off $0.50 at a time... that adds up throughout the day; the week; the month...

I went to get a sandwich today and the guy making my sandwich was ok at first. he looked like he was new. However, he was wearing this bracelet that was rubbing on my sandwich and I did not like that, I don’t think anyone would, so I asked him to move his bracelet away from my sandwich and instead of being apologetic, he gave me attitude and said “ok?? I didn’t notice, but ok??” Like come on. He works with food.. he should’ve known better than to rub his bracelet all over someone’s food. Whether intentionally or not, it was gross. Definitely not...
