Service is horrible, staff are rude, quality doesn't exist.
I should have read the reviews -- like others have experienced, this location is the bottom of the barrel. We gave it a couple of shots because it's so convenient. But driving farther to get the RIGHT order and not wait 30 minutes for FAST FOOD will still be a better experience than going here.
I did as the manager suggested, and contacted their corporate office. This is what I sent (please forgive the short-cuts, their webite only allows a limited number of characters)
I recently ordered from this location twice over the span of about a week. Both times, I placed my order online and picked it up. The 1st time, my order was wrong. The items I customized were incorrect and had so much sauce and sour cream that we could only eat half the order. It was late, we were too tired to return so we just chalked it up to one isolated poor experience. The second time was today. My husband went inside to pick up the order. He waited 10 minutes while others came and went, but he still did not have our order. When he inquired, he was told they were "getting to it." He waited another 20 minutes, more people came and went. He inquired again. His order still wasn't ready. He asked for a manager & stated that he wanted a refund. The mgr didn't approach him but instead spoke to another employee who very abruptly told him, "You can call corporate if you want a refund and tell them we're understaffed!" His order was suddenl ready. It took him less than 5 minutes to get home. The frozen drinks were 1/3 melted, one lid wasn't secure and spilled everywhere and the food was cold and soggy. Read moreI placed an online order for a BLACK BEAN QUESARITO ADD NACHO FRIES, BEEF QUESARITO ADD FRIES, NACHO BELL GRANDE. We get there and the order on the app says it’s ready but the employees say it’s not which is totally fine. We received our order and went home to then find out our order is COMPLETELY wrong and missing items which we had purchased. I called the location and asked to speaker to a manager which the employee sighed and said sure, the shift manager Carlton asked what the issue was and I told him our order was incorrect for example my black bean quesarito came with beef and after stating that Carlton went on a complete tangent about how he personally made that order and that I was lying and wouldn’t let me get even a word in then my boyfriend grabbed the phone to ask what the problem was and to stop having a attitude all we wanted was our money back at this point and Carlton hung up on us MULTIPLE TIMES! The third time calling back after being hung up on TWICE before Carlton started yelling at my boyfriend saying he is the manager and he knows better than the customer and that we were liars despite us offering to bring the untouched food back to show them. He then told us that he can not refund and we need to talk to Kenny at 6:00 am. Before hanging up on the loud rude manager I made sure Carlton knew that my boyfriend and I have both been in management in the service industry and this was the most unacceptable interaction I have EVER encountered with a manager and all we wanted was a new meal or a refund. My boyfriend ordered two of the online exclusive build your own cravings box’s through taco bell’s online delivery service. When we received the order, not only was it missing the two boxes entirely, but it also had a singular beefy 5 layer burrito, a soft potato taco, and two fiesta potatoes. Being that this was our final straw and the 10th time we’ve gotten our money stolen from taco bell, we tried going through their drive thru to get a refund. Not only did the cashier at the window explain to us that “the reason for the missing food in the order is because they don’t have the food items we ordered in stock”, but they also said it as if they saw nothing wrong with giving 1/3 of our order to us but still charging $20. If you don’t have the food in stock that can specifically only be bought through online ordering, then take it off the online menus for the location, or figure out a way to contact the person buying from you or the company who is managing the delivery service. It’s ridiculous that we now have over $100 unaccounted for simply because Taco Bell can’t work their delivery service properly. It’s wrong to have specific items on the menu that can only be bought through online ordering when the customer has to go through an online service that may or may not get back to them with a refund.
