Clean $ BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... they have great snow cones and great monthly snow cone ideas. However the customer service is always bad. The girl that took our order was nice and patient. When we got to the window it was someone else, who was rude. She(the different girl at the window) would not scan our bar code for the app. We tried to enter the code from receipt and that did not work. What good is the app if the employees don't make it convenient to use.This was the worst experience by far. I ended up with NO snowcone. 😔😔😔 we usually get snowcones atleast once a month(sometimes more) even though we usually get bad customer service from this location. Snow cones at Bahama Bucks are never consistent, sometimes you get a lot of juice, sometimes you get a dry snow cone(where you see white ice at the bottom. However one thing they are consistent on is bad customer service-That is a guarantee!!! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND, I never compare places to other places. However I am DONE with bad customer service from this place. The only time we had great service was on the day they opened and the owners were there(yes that is how long we have been putting up with bad service).
SHAVED ICE ISLAND ON WILLIAM CANNON is way better and you will ALWAYS get great customer service and a delicious snow cone.

Read moreI recently visited Bahama Bucks on Stassney Lane and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a large super sour watermelon and a strawberry colada with gummy bears at the bottom and pickles only at the top. When I got to the window, I asked to switch the strawberry colada to peach. The girl at the window was reluctant to make the change since the snocone had already been prepared before I paid. They sent another girl to the window who claimed the snocone was now peach, but when I left and started eating it, it was still the strawberry colada. Additionally, they added chopped pickles throughout the snocone instead of just on top as I requested. I ended up throwing it away as it wasn’t the flavor I wanted, wasting $9.28. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues when certain employees are on schedule. I hope management addresses these problems to improve customer satisfaction.

Considering my order changed and they did NOT give me the correct item is crazy. Definitely won’t be coming back I’ll drive to Round Rock or Bee Caves. Definitely will be alerting people to steer clear from here especially on the weekends...
Read moreIt's a struggle to keep Cool™️, when you're in a drive through for over an hour, especially when ordering you have to repeat and correct every part of the order for a good few minutes, to wait ~30 minutes from the menu board to the window, only for at the window to be charged for a completely different order and to find out your order wasn't put into the system. Repeating the process of telling them your order and having to again to correct them after each item. Finally driving away with your long awaited prize and to find that there is so little syrup that it's just the ice in the middle and syrup is just fading into the bottom leaving barely any at the top and just a little bit to be had at the bottom (and it was a two flavor snow cone with the split being roughly 95% blue 5% pink; pictured).
This location (South Congress; ATX) continues to just have problem after problem, and I'll likely be avoiding this one for awhile and less frequently make the pilgrimage all the way out to Cedar Park, which is always reliable and occasionally even heavy handed with the syrup.
