With every experience I've had at all Burger Kings, one thing that is for certain is they truly never fail to fail me. Staff here extremely rude and inconsiderate. I took advantage of the free Whopper for the million dollar Whopper contest right, came by ordered my burger and they couldn't do it through the drive-thru so I had to do it through the mobile app. It didnt give me the option to ask for a seedless bun so I requested it from the drive-thru customer service representative after ordering and she flat out told me no she couldn't do it cuz it was a mobile app order. So I kindly asked her if she can just do it as a favor since she could physically just give me two bottom buns and she flat out told me no again, that they just couldn't do it. Smdh.
What happened to your slogan Burger King? "Have it your way" ?? Cause it's more like "have it no way" in this case. I keep giving this bussiness a chance to redeem themselves and they seem to disappoint me even more each time.
I'm done! Burger King is trash people, don't come here anymore and waste your money and time on a terrible experience and most importantly, the disrespect! NEGATIVE 5 STARS BURGER KING, DO BETTER!

Just sloppy! You could see the pride they have for the food they cook. They could've replaced the top bun with another bottom bun smdh. I asked for no onions no pickles as well since I'm allergic to onions and just don't like pickles and now I can't even eat the...
Read moreThis is unfortunately the closest BK to me. I try to avoid this location but sometimes convenience dictates otherwise. The service is slow and I've had too many wrong orders I've had to double-back and have them correct. But today takes the cake.
I put in an order on the app which included a TMobile Tuesday "Get a free Whopper or Impossible Whopper with $3+ purchase" promotion. The app doesn't allow for you to specify so you do that at the store.
I pulled up to the squawk box and told them I had ordered on the app. The guy says to go to the last window. He didn't ask my preference for a Whopper or Impossible Whopper. When I pull up to the window I show the guy (older Hispanic gentleman) my receipt and tell him I want an Impossible Whopper. He says he's already made the Whopper so he can't throw it away. I asked him why he made the Whopper, and he says it's because I told him I wanted the Whopper (I didn't). He keeps blaming me saying he asked me if I wanted fries and a coke and he claims I responded no but that I wanted the Whopper (I didn't). I ask for the manager, but he claims to be the manager. Eventually he slams the window shut and he starts yelling at me in Spanish and yelling at his coworkers to get an Impossible Whopper. But he fixes the order.
If you like your Whoppers with a side of dishonesty and abuse this...
Read moreI dont normally review stuff but this is the first time a fast food place has refused to correct their mistake:
I first stopped by on 3/2/18 around 8pm. I ordered 5 -10 Piece Nuggets and 2 - Woppers. After paying I waited for my receipt but was never handed one. The cashier said to pull up to the next window where I assumed I would be handed the receipt but was not. After getting home we discovered they had left out one of the 10 piece nuggets.
I returned on 3/5/18 around 8:10. I explained the situation to Eela (Ila?) several times but she refused to correct the order without a receipt. My wife feels embarrassed that after explaining the situation she acted like we were making it up.
On a side note while waiting for the food we ordered anyway, I had to use the restroom. There was a female employee (with Uniform) full on making out in front of the the bathroom door. It wasn't a big deal but I felt awkward asking if I could get by to use the restroom. Both people walked through the door into the kitchen afterward even though he wasn't wearing a uniform. This is the first time I've ever heard of a fast food place refusing to correct their mistake and it was only $1.60 order of nuggets....
