I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a culinary delight at Dana Foods, and I can't stop raving about their mouthwatering Gobi Manchurian. This popular Indo-Chinese dish has always been a favorite of mine, but the rendition at this restaurant took it to a whole new level of deliciousness.
First impressions matter, and as the dish arrived at our table, it looked as enticing as it smelled. The Gobi Manchurian was beautifully presented, with perfectly crispy cauliflower florets generously coated in a luscious, aromatic sauce that glistened under the restaurant's ambient lighting.
The taste, however, was where this dish truly shone. The cauliflower florets were fried to perfection, offering a delightful crunch with every bite. What truly set this Gobi Manchurian apart was the sauce. It struck the perfect balance between sweet, tangy, and spicy, creating a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The sauce clung to the cauliflower, infusing it with a tantalizing blend of soy, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Each piece of cauliflower was like a flavor bomb waiting to explode in my mouth.
What impressed me even more was the consistency of the dish. The cauliflower was uniformly cooked and coated, showcasing the chef's mastery in achieving the perfect texture and flavor infusion. The portion size was generous, making it an ideal dish for sharing with friends and family.
The service at [Restaurant Name] was also top-notch, adding to the overall dining experience. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our meal was enjoyable from start to finish.
In conclusion, if you're a fan of Indo-Chinese cuisine or just looking for a memorable dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend trying the Gobi Manchurian at [Restaurant Name]. It's a flavor-packed dish that hits all the right notes and will leave your taste buds craving for more. Prepare for a culinary journey that will keep you coming back for this delectable delight time...
ย ย ย Read moreLast week (7/5/24 evening) I went for dinner at Dana Foods @ Avery Ranch based on friends' recommendation for Jain food. It was one of the worst Indian dinner experience. The front desk was a Nepali girl who had never tried the pav bhaji. My pav bhaji (picture below) was green/YELLOW with only peas in them! No tomatoes or cauliflower in it. After my request, she provided me a tiny piece of lemon and a bit of onions as garnish. The cook was a Hispanic guy who I suspect didn't know Jain food. My guests who were Jain complained about garlic taste in their order. It seemed that the cook was also the server, and I asked him about Jain-food. But he couldn't speak in English. I demanded to the front-desk that I see the manager or someone from the kitchen. She refused, stating that no one was available. My bill was more than $100. I asked the front-desk to "fix" my pav bhaji or provide a refund. She refused because she was not authorized. If you are a Jain then please be careful about what you eat there. This restaurant really needs to hire professional cooks who know Indian cuisine such as pav-bhaji. Please don't eat the "green/yellow pav bhaji!" OR even better, go elsewhere for better desi meals. This restaurant needs new front-desk, better cooks...

When we made it to our location, that is when we saw Dana foods, my husband said hey letโs check it out. This was our first time there.
As we were reading through the menu, I did not recognize a lot of foods, and I asked the women who was serving what she would recommend, I let her know I wanted something spicy and would like to try something new, she was very confident in her choice, she told me to try the Dahi Sev Puri and we got some samosa. When we tried it was so amazing, the flavor, the blended spice, and texture it was very pleasant to our mouth!! Her recommendation was great a choice!
The best part to this day, other than the food is the genuine conversation the owner Pinal had with us for over 30 minutes. My husband and I really enjoyed getting to know her and laugh with her. She too recommend a dish Samosa Chole chat, which did not fail us. I enjoyed everything about the restaurant.
This is added to my number one list of Indian food spots! Thank you for the...
