Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Austin

Had to revise my review because this is unacceptable.

I visited early morning before work this week like I always do and asked to have my app scanned prior to payment. The employee pointed the iPad towards my phone and I went about my day. Mind you, the employee had a bit of an attitude but I typically don’t care since people have the right to be miserable and I’m not letting them ruin my day so early. It’s been a few days and my points had not updated so I checked my “recent orders” tab and see that the order from that day didn’t show up. This means that the employee PRETENDED to scan my app and was hoping I would not notice. This is completely unacceptable and could be consider theft. It’s really unfortunate that I have to go out of my way to visit a different location but these people really need to check their attitudes and be retrained. Super fast service!! Golden eagle is super delicious

Update 04/27/25 I buy a Golden Eagle almost every day at this location. I tried the lavender white chocolate for the first time... I couldn't find any lavender flavor anywhere! (It was a hot coffee.) maybe they prepared the wrong flavor? One more thing: I love this franchise’s products — honestly, I think they’re better than Starbucks! But here in Austin, TX, summers can be brutally hot, with temperatures over 100°F. I’ve noticed that the employees who take orders outside don’t have any protection from the heat. I’ve seen them sweating, sunburned, and clearly uncomfortable. They deserve a shaded area or some kind of cover to protect them from the sun and serious health risks like heatstroke or...

Manny at Dutch Bros is seriously top-tier when it comes to customer service. From the moment I pulled up, he was all about good vibes, super friendly, upbeat, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure I got the best drink possible. He recommended getting my soft top parfait style in my strawberries and cream blended Rebel, and let me tell you, that move changed the game. The texture, the flavor.. it was on another level. Never would’ve thought to order it that way, but now I can’t go back.
