Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Austin

First of all I love jack in a box I go often however I will not be returning to this location if I can help it to start all I did was go through the drive through except no one answered me the first time so I drove around saw they were definitely open so I drove back around this time I was greeted and I mentioned I was ignored the first time this is important because I feel that this is the reason what happened next happened I placed my order to the now annoyed employee (Jen or Alexandria Jen is the name she gave me but Alexandria is on my receipt as the server) when I got my food I pulled through and checked my order before leaving and of course my order was incorrect so now I'm pulling through the drive through for a third time at this point I'm upset about the crappy service I received and I want a refund lady at the window said we don't do refunds she put bacon on my burger and gave it back with extra fries (the last thing I want I more food than I can eat I wanted my refund so I could go elsewhere) needless to say to say the service is unacceptable an I will be returning when a...

Went @8pm had to order 20 tacos for a lan party. noticed the line was long (wasn't going to take the drive thru to begin with, due to my large order) so I parked and went in. Walked in placed my order with the female cashier and apologized because I know what they are going through being so busy. when I hear one of the cooks yell "man! I ain't making no fing 20 tacos!" As everyone else leaves and it's just myself they finally get to my order, I'm standing at the front so I walk towards the counter and say "i am so sorry for the tacos I know it's a hassle" and laugh it off due to being nervous...nothing. the manager looks at me and says "you the tacos? We're working on it"... ?? Confused I say "it's fine I'm just sorry" when the female cashier goes on a tantrum and starts cussing because I am supposedly "laughing at her" she says "she's fing laughing at me" shocked I just wait, when the cook hands me the order I apologize once again and he says "oh no its fine" pure bull crud I just say "apparently it's not" as i take my order and proceed to walk...

Jack in the Box prices are typically higher than most of the fast food restaurants... However their specialty menu seems to make up for it. I mean, where else are you going to get a blue cheese and bacon ribeye Burger or a Sourdough bacon cheeseburger?

Additionally there crispy chicken strips are always tender and never overcooked. Their chicken nuggets are typically larger and more tender more reminiscent of actual pieces of chicken as opposed to chops chicken that smash together into the shape of a little square. And in all fairness their dollar menu represent some of the best value around for a fast food drive-thru a fried breaded chicken patty on a bun with a whole iceberg lettuce leaf and some mayo for a dollar just...
