Stopped in to buy an iced tea but got there during a staff meltdown. Walked in to the lobby, there were 2 people in there. Looked like a customer in a booth and an employee on break at a table. While in the restroom I suddenly heard some yelling from a male voice. My first thought was some unruly customers must have come in until I could make out that the person yelling was asking about why being fired. I came out to see a young man in a company shirt yelling to the kitchen while looking into his phone. It looked like he was live streaming the incident. So I waited a minute while he walked back behind the counter and went into a back room where he remained. At that point I went to the register thinking the incident was over. I was waiting there 2-3 minutes when the young man came out of the room and came to the register. He looked at me and looked back at the others and I assume he was clocking out at the register. He yelled a bit more and walked out the front door. I kept waiting to order and someone in the kitchen said someone will be there shortly. I get it, sometimes things go sideways so they need a minute to recover. While waiting another young lady came out of the hidden back area and stood by the prep table near the register so I thought they were ready to take my order. She looked at me then looked at the drive thru order screens and the looked at the bag on the table and then stared at the screens. A minute later the person doing food prep addressed the young lady with something like I need you to help. There are things to do, you can't just stand there. Then that young lady started yelling about how she's doing her job, total breakdown. This is about the time the employee that was in the dining area must have been done with break because he went behind the counter and went straight to the drive thru window. So now we had 2 people standing around waiting on food prep for drive thru orders. By this point I was getting ready to leave but since I had time to kill I waited a little longer and watch the drama. A few minutes later a woman showed up not in uniform and asked if I had been helped. Looks like she was starting her shift and was at the counter to clock in. She then took my order for a large iced tea. After I paid she went to fill my drink and there was no tea anywhere which the girl standing at the table behind the woman taking my order already knew but didn't bother saying anything about when I was ordering or when the woman repeated my order twice to confirm I wanted nothing else but a drink. Read moreNine months ago I stopped going to this location because they always mess up my order. What drew the last straw was the time that my order was messed up, I called ( literally 12 times) before anyone answered. When they finally did answer they refused to deliver my order to my car which was parked right outside the restaurant ( they stated some restaurant policy prevent them from delivering food to parking lot after certain hours which is total BS. Other fast food places would deliver especially when they know they messed up). Instead they had me go to the drive thru again and wait 40 min till I was given my order right. That was nine months ago. Today I thought maybe the service will be different and decided to give them another chance. Nope, nothing changed. Again my order was again screwed up. Called 4 times and no one answered. Went back to the drive thru again to get my order right. It took 20 minutes to get my order right. The manager this time made sure the order was done right, even though I appreciated his professionalism of handling the matter, I'm still disappointed of the service provided in general. Read moreI’ve tried this location several times through the drive thru and the mobile app. It doesn’t matter what time of day you come the lobby is always locked with no signs of an explanation. The service is always slow even if you order ahead and the employee’s attitudes are always horrible. Today I got to the speaker and was greeted with “I’ll be with you in a minute “. I informed the Woman that I had a mobile order and wanted to know if my order was ready already because the week before due to their extremely slow service I received cold food. The Woman answered with an attitude never answering my question and continued to say what when I would repeat my question. She finally said come to the window as if I could bypass the 6 car’s in front of me. You would think that it would be important to this location to offer the best quality of food and respect to their customers being that they service a rural community and could stand out for positivity and so much more verses our community having negative impacts.
