Thanks for the reply LW Management. As for details of why it was 2 stars - I can tell a quick story. It was a Saturday early afternoon. It was incredibly nice outside and I have sat on the patio many times in the past. My wife and I decided to take our 5 month old out and sit for a drink and eat some pizza. There was no one at the bar - there was no one outside. We came and sat at the table outside for a minute or two in view of the bartender before I came in and ordered a drink. The bartender refused us saying "adults only." I laughed because I genuinely thought it was a joke. She just said, "yeahhh... so the sign says 21 and up..." Again, I assumed she was joking. It became clear she wasn't and I said. "Oh. Yeah. But, he's... a baby. Like... a little baby boy..." He was literally just asleep in his car seat. A little baby infant. She basically told us to leave, so we did. I've seen kids in there before and I'm pretty sure there is no law in Texas about infants in a bar. I know it's a management decision, but like I said - I've seen ACTUAL kids in there before. Didn't think at all that when we were the only customers, sitting outside that there was a legitimate issue... Here's where the story gets unfortunate and I swear I'm not making this up. I mentioned that the bartender saw us (ALL of us) outside for a few minutes before I came inside to order. The bartender looked, for lack of a better word, "progressive..." I swear this when I say, I think it wasn't until I came in and she took a look at my tan veteran hat (with my unit badge and American flag) that she decided to deny us. I know it sounds crazy but I believe we were actually kicked out because I was a veteran. The kid thing is a nice excuse, but I'm pretty positive this is what went down. I used to go to LW all the time with work colleagues. Needless to say, I haven't gone back since and I likely never will. Possible discrimination aside, It ruined...

Very disappointed visiting this place as someone from out of town. We went in for my friends birthday never been before. First of all not a single staff member greeted us so we assumed we had to seat ourselves. We walked passed the bar to the outside area and we approached the bar to let them know apparently there was a server that watched us walked in but looked to busy hanging out at the table we didn’t know she was even a worker. We got our menus and apologized for seating ourselves told her we didn’t see her and she didn’t seem to like that response. She came around to get our order and we asked for waters while we looked she was shocked we asked for waters which was strange well it’s because the water is self serve (again did not know this because we weren’t told) she brought us the waters very annoyed and said “when you want a refill you can get it yourself up there” she came back again to get our order we had drinks in mind and food. We said our food order and she said “okay well we don’t even serve food here” I told her I was confused because the menu had food and so did the website she said “well idk why they have it like that” we told her to give us a few more minutes then and when she came back 2 of my friends had stepped away from the table and she said “so you guys are leaving right?” We weren’t actually we were going to still get drinks but because of her attitude and talking to us like we we’re stupid we decided to leave. Hopefully this is a one off but very disappointed in Val and her ‘customer service’ maybe if we were a group of all men like the table she was tending to inside she would’ve treated us better not sure what the issue was but you all should definitely get people who actually want to work there since we were such an...

Recently moved to the area and was at first excited this place was in my vicinity after frequenting the downtown location often. However upon further review, there a quite a few things that need to be fixed for me to return.

For starters, I'm not sure how it passes the no smoking ordinance. I usually never notice air quality but the mustiness slaps you on the face as soon as you walk in. I think its because they keep the window/garage doors to the outside bar open which creates absolutely no barrier to the smoke.

Also it looks like a game friendly bar by the number of tv’s they have which is nice....but server wouldn’t even put sound on bar upon request for recent Elite 8 Duke/Ku game on a slow Sunday afternoon. Had to instead to listen to some bad and distractingly loud music even though it was the only game on.

I will say head bartender lady provides great service and at the request of another customer, she eventually put the sound on.

This location is right next GM, Dell and a new area in general...they may want to consider attracting and catering to a more discerning crowd.
