Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

Not a great place the young white boy assistant manager was running over the old lady manager.we ask for a refund do to the place not having fresh pizza and dirty salad bar., He told the lady not to give us a refund because my wife called him a little B* he got in her feelings an said "they dont deserve to get thief refund back" but we sure did the salad bar had a dead fly in the lettuce I have pictures to verify all that its dirty and pizza was all dry when we got there and when we said something they started making pizza an filling up the salad bar. Well I hope no one have this experience when they go. Those people that work at Mr gattis and the mamagers need to take some consideration and know people work hard for thier money to take thier family out for a good time. SO MAKE GOO FRESH PIZZA B*es. I ordered Pizza for delivery. The Doordash driver that picked up my order carried the pizzas out on their side so the pizza all smashed. Jackie realized that the driver wasn't listening as they tried to stop him. She took the initiative to immediately start re-making my order, contacted Doordash, AND called me directly to make certain that I knew they were remaking them. She was so incredibly sweet when talking to me and it felt so great to know that someone put themselves in the customer's shoes to do right by them. I am so happy with the customer service that Jackie showed me today. I wish every business viewed their customers the way the staff here does! It may seem silly to be so excited about pizza, but it feels great to know that my family's experience...

Walked in at 3:15 pm, writing this review at La Salsa restaurant across the street at 3:22 pm. They had 4 half eaten old pizzas on the buffet line. I asked Ray... "Will you be making more pies?". He said "I just put them in the oven". I said, "Great, what kind?". He seemed upset, huffed and puffed that I was inconveniencing him and I said, "You know what, I'm good, it looks like I'm bothering you". He said, "No, you caught me off guard". I caught you off guard? I just asked you what you just cooked. Sorry that was too much memory and too much service to ask of you. I have worked in 10 restaurants. This guy needs a reality check. Never going back again. Guess the other reviewers...
