Consistently bad customer service and experiences at this particular location.
I travel across the country and have never had this many terrible experiences at one store.
This location is down the road, unfortunately I have had too many issues with the baristas attitudes in regards to my orders here to continue spending money at this store.
I recommend going to the Rockwood location if you want your drinks made at all - or in a reasonable amount of time - or if you want them to be made correctly.
If I could give this place negative starts I would in a heartbeat.
I hope corporate gets involved here and cleans house. Parker in particular needs to be trained on how to deal with customers in a non confrontational manner as she is not equipped to interact with customers, nor does she know how to be proactive in deescalating issues. She had the audacity to call me rude after I had to wait 20 minutes after putting in my mobile order for a simple tea to be made. Their mistake and her intentionally slow production time almost cost me a dinner reservation.
Management needs to provide more training to the baristas and ensure that customers are being treated with respect. Numerous times I’ve waited for my order to be completed and have watched their baristas just standing around doing nothing, talking to friends, or with other customers who have already been served.
They blame it on the printer 9/10 times and take no responsibility for not paying attention.
At this point I’d rather light a $5 bill on fire than to gamble getting my coffee made right here.
Hope y’all get it together before it effects the bottom line at this store - customers who pay a premium for coffee expect to have their orders made on time, correctly, and without having to be insulted by insolent teenagers who think it’s okay to argue...

I recently spent the afternoon working at this Starbucks and I was absolutely blown away at the level of service this staff was providing to hordes of children that poured in from nearby Murchison Middle School around 330pm. The most impressive thing was how one staff member in particular made it a point to truly engage with so many of the kids, to ask about their day, and to truly listen to their response. On multiple occasions of this the kids were displaying that it had been a hard day. This staff member immediately stopped what she was doing to comfort the kids and to provide words of affirmation to these kids. It was very refreshing to see this level of care put into her job. Her dedication renewed my faith in humanity...
Read moreI have been to this Starbucks many times, but was very displeased with my visit yesterday. I took the children that I nanny for after school for a treat. I walked up to the counter to place my order, and waited while the barista went and got my food item for me. When she came back, she asked me if I had cash and said the credit card machine was down. I showed her all I had was $1 and her solution was to put my order to the side while I went to the ATM. I told her no thank you and she began helping the customer behind me. It felt very dismissive and I also wonder why she didn’t mention the credit card issue before she took my order. The children and I left there very disappointed and feeling now like it might be worth the extra distance to drive to a different Starbucks...
