Best baked cookies and cinnamon rolls I've ever had!

My first experience here was when my girlfriend and I were coming back from my dad's in San Antonio and wanted something sweet. The food truck wasn't open, but the owner offered us samples cookies she was making. They were very good! We came back for the opening and proceeded to have some of the best cookies and cinnamon rolls ever. Normally sweets give me acid reflux, but these didn't!

Owner is a local woman who is passionate about baking and working by herself in 100 degree temperatures. She was friendly to us and made us feel welcomed.

Unlike the people who walked by to "support" the neighboring business, Quacks, by heckling. Also, as we were eating, a couple of employees from Quacks came outside and stared at us and the food truck. I know Quacks is a "small" and "local" business (I don't know if you'd call three locations small or local), but this was very unseemly of them. If these people believe a single woman and her food truck are threatening to the business of a bakery the scale of Quacks, then Quacks should rethink its business.

Long story short, if you want great cookies or cinnamon rolls, come here. I'll be coming...

New dessert option in my area so I decided to check it out. I love cinnamon rolls its one of my top sweets. I tried the cinnamon roll as well as the brown butter chocolate chip cookies. The cinnamon roll is fresh and soft. It has a good balance of butter and sugar so its a winner. I have tried tons of cinnamon rolls so if this was basketball I would rate this as a 2nd string player not a starter. Its still a very good option and definitely better than some others. The brown butter chocolate chip cookie was baked to perfection. I'd definitely return for this one. They currently have a peach cobbler cinnamon roll option too as well as other cookie options. I stopped by the Salty Blonde bakery food truck and WOW!! The Cinnamon Bunz are seriously the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Warm, gooey, buttery, it’s like a hug in dessert form. Best way to splurge on a cheat day… if ya know what I’m sayin ;)

And the chocolate chip cookies? Perfectly soft in the middle, just the right amount of chocolate, and totally addictive…. I may have eaten more than one….. perhaps 3 but no one needs to know.
