TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE !!! My Mom Thought It'd Be A Great Idea To Stop By This Location To Buy Us Breakfast Today At Approximately 10AM. We Waited In Line At The Drive Through As A White Male Approached Our Car With A Notepad To Take Our Order. I Told Him My Moms Order And Proceeded To Ask My Kids What They Wanted. I Noticed He Seemed To Have Been Frustrated At This Point. So I Failed To Order For Myself So He Can Proceed To Tha Next Car. Once We Got To Tha Window The White Male Had Entered The Shipleys Location And Then Gave The Cashier Our Order. To Be Honest I Thought Him Taking Our Order Outside Was POINTLESS !! My Mom Then Moved Up A Bit And Rolled The Back Window Down So That I Can Add My Order On. I Continued With "Can You Add A Hot Chocolate"? The White Male Then Approached And Said "We Already Gave You A Hot Chocolate". My Mom Intervened And Said "Yes, Shes Ordering For Herself Since She Noticed You Were In A Hurry". He Then Said "This Is Why I Perfer For The Adults To Order". Keep In Mind I Am 24 Years Old !! I Ended Up Cancelling What I Wanted The Attitude This Guy Had Ruined My Appetite. My Mom Went Inside To Get The Receipt They Failed To Give Us. I Saw Them Through The Window Going Back And Forth As A Manager The Last Thing One Should Do Is Argue With A Customer. I Went Inside To Get Her. My Mom Then Told Me That He Had Said That He Was Frustrated Because Of How Long I Was Taking To Order (Didn't Take No More Than 3 Min). No One Had Him Outside. Him Being Outside Made No Difference Than Us Ordering At The Window. It Turned Out THIS Was The Manager !! Brandon Was Tha Managers Name By The Way. I Appreciate The Cashier For Having Had Apologized For Not Only The Long Wait But For Tha Comment The MANAGER Made. Sometimes People Should Just Do Their Jobs And Keep It Pushing. Theres No Need For Unnecessary Comments Or Remarks. Im Laughing Now But At That Moment He Had Ruined My Appetite. I Feel Bad For The Employees Having To...

Yesterday morning at approx. 7:30am a woman who I can only assume was the manager of this store screamed & berated a much older gentleman who works there. She not only screamed & berated her employee in front of other staff members, but in front of customers, as well. This man was assisting a customer with an order due to the long line & wait times. He was having difficulty fulfilling her order, which was apparently his transgression & prompted the manager to demean him in front of the entire store. She actually screamed at him to "take a break," & then promptly began helping the woman he was attempting to assist. Moments later she began screaming at the same customer, "I don't know what you want me to do! He can't do his job & remember an order long enough to fulfill it! That is why he is sitting over there waiting for me! I am about to go over there and fire him!" I promptly left the store at that moment.

If these are the types of people you employ, I certainly will NOT come back. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from any employee, let alone one with a position to manage others. I certainly hope the one fired was not the kind gentleman, but the vicious woman who lacks basic decency and clearly...

So I placed an order thru DoorDash, total was about $100 on Saturday morning. I had family over for the football game so I didn’t want to leave. My order was canceled by the store after I placed it. I went ahead and drove over to the store which is like 7 mins away because my husband really wanted some KOLACHES for breakfast for us & our invited family. I walk in and both girls are on their cell phones and the was a guy that as I walked In just walked to the back. I ordered my stuff and then I ask the girl if her door dash is working. She replies yes, so I told her that my DoorDash order was cancelled by the store and she says.. “hmm I wonder why” Then immediately after saying those words she gives me my total and turns around to get a bag. Nothing else was said not one word!! no apology, nothing. Honestly after that scenario took place, I read between the lines. It doesn’t take an Einstein…. Anyway, I was very disappointed. I was gonna let it go but then Today I go to try & get some donuts for my class about 11 and they WERE CLOSED!! sign on door that says - SOLD OUT!! WHAT THE HECK??? Really? 🤦🏻‍♀️...
