Horrible experience. I'm not usually a poster, but this was so bad I felt that it needed doing. I walked in earlier this evening and walked up to the order counter. As I did this, two other men walked into the store and got in line behind me. I was ordering two sandwiches, so I placed the first, and as the employee started to make my sandwich, another employee (named Kenneth) walked out of the back and asked the person behind me if he could make their sandwich. I mentioned that I had another sandwich to make, but Kenneth dismissed me by saying that the first employee would make my other sandwich. I've eaten at Subway more than a few times, and this was weird, but whatever, I just wanted my sandwiches. So the first employee is making my sandwich, and Kenneth makes two sandwiches for the people behind me in line. Once my first sandwich was done, I was sent to the back of the line so the employee could make my second sandwich. So, I am now at the end of the line, behind the two men that were originally behind me.
After waiting for the men in front of me to pay, I asked Kenneth why I had to go to the back of the line. It wasn't about the actual time delay, it was the principle of "why didn't you want to make my sandwich?" I was polite and asked my question in a conversational tone, but Kenneth came back with, "I was just making a sandwich for one customer." I had to correct him since he had made two sandwiches, but he didn't have an answer for that. So I asked again why he hadn't made my other sandwich when I let him know that I had another one on my order, and he responded, "I don't care." I was stunned, and I asked him to repeat it, and he said again, "I don't care." He then turned and walked into the back. I was floored. I was trying to understand why he didn't want to prepare my order, but he didn't want to talk to me about it. I finished my transaction and left.

First, one of the sandwich artists was not being efficient when making orders (I placed the pickup order ahead of time) and by the time I made it to the store, it wasn’t even being worked on… Second of all the same female sandwich artist takes the ticket and does not follow as shown since I had to verbally stop her from putting the wrong ingredients into the sandwich (Veggies & Sauces). Order took way longer than the app's expectation was showing. By the time the order gets handed to me, as I go into my vehicle, I realise that I was given the wrong bag so I made my way back to the restaurant to notify the crew (No one even said sorry for the inconvenience) and then this second employee is being trained by some other female employee as meanwhile he is on his phone!?. Crew still did not a knowledge of the mistake and I am still waiting for my order to be restarted. The male sandwich artist finally takes the bread and starts making the sandwich and same mistake about to happen (about to grab the wrong ingredient) so I verbally stopped him and notified about it and he says that he is following what I put in the ticket… (Ticket says among other ingredients “Onions MORE”) why are they grabbing olives to put in my sandwich??.
