Starbucks — Restaurant in Austin

Today I did a mobile order and by time I arrived my order was ready. Awesome u thought till I picked up my drink. It was half filled with coffee I told the red head guy. He stated to me it’s filled and proceeded to argue with me. The other lady that was standing next to him she walked off. The other tall lady remade my drink she too was rude for no reason. I work right down the street at the church and this morning staff is beyond rude. I’m starting to feel racial tension when I come here they’re so rude to me every time. I keep thinking it’s going to change however I guess I have to drive out of my way. Just to receive equal customer service and that’s very sad being I work right...

Yesterday, my friend and I visited this location and had a deeply disturbing experience. Upon entering, the man at the counter audibly gasped and stared at us without blinking until we reached the counter. We are mature African American women, and the nature of his reaction was so unwelcoming and uncomfortable that we immediately decided not to place an order and left.

This incident left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and it raised serious concerns about whether customers of all backgrounds are treated fairly at this establishment. I believe this matter warrants...

Not cramped like other Starb's I've been to. In the few experiences I've had, my coffee is out a matter of moments regardless of how busy it is. Very nice environment whether you're looking to kick it and sip some brew. How fuel up and get some work or homework done. Both indoor and outdoor layout are quaint and it's just an overall nice coffee experience.
