Starbucks — Restaurant in Austin

I just want to say that the Starbucks employee, Lornne, is absolutely fantastic and made my day 100 times better. I live close by so I frequent this location quite a bit, and every time I come in the customer service is exceptionally wonderful. Lornne especially (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). When running a business, it’s all about the little things, like an employee noticing when someone is having a rough day, and goes out of their way to make your experience memorable. I had a rough day at my job, I am currently a canvassing fundraiser who has to interact with mean people occasionally, and today was particularly tough. Waited a lot time for 1 drink and 1 food item, but I wasn't in a hurry so I was being patient. After a good while passed by, I went up front to get my drink and food and the batista with the very short hair tells me to wait, that she will call my name out when my order is ready while my food and drink are right there on the counter and the sandwich is warm from sitting out and they never called my name out although there's at least 7 people standing, waiting for their order. It was a bad experience and at the end my drink was made wrong. I placed a mobile order and then when I got there it was not ready. So I watched other people come in the store after me and get their order before mine. When I finally did get my decaf coffee (Not a hard drink to make), the lady did not stir it so it tasted like there was no cream and or sugar in it. So I had her put more cream in it. She transferred it from one cup to another to mix it up. In the meantime now the temperature is lukewarm. So I just got my money back. Guess I won't be coming back to this place anymore. Plus while I was waiting patiently for my drink in the store, she was sitting there talking to the other employee not doing anything.... They were talking for...
