Kitchen Abz — Restaurant in Austintown

UPDATE: We've been consistently using KitchenAbz since Jan 2022. We're heading into 2025 and STILL use them.

ORIGINAL: We started using Kitchen Abz a month ago. The next week, my husband started with his own subscription, and now my adult son is using it, too!

The food is very good. Everything is fresh and measured out and it has really helped me maintain my weight with the portion-control...even though I splurge on the weekends with 'bad' food like pizza and beer and cookies.

This week, I'm going to be 'good' and not have cheat weekends. I'll update my review with my actual weight loss. BUT, weight loss or not, the value of the meals for the quality and convenience is unbelievable. I have tried all the 'fresh delivery' services where you do the prep/cook/cleanup and it wasn't worth it. With Kitchen Abz, all the work is done! This is going to revolutionize our ability to age-in-place with great tasting and nutritious meals.

I’ve been with Kitchen Abz for about 3 and a half months. To date I have lost over 47 pounds! I am a 50 year old woman 2 years into menopause & I was hopeless & stuck until I discovered Kitchen Abz. Not only have I lost weight but I feel a thousand times better! It has been life changing for me. The food is delicious. I have yet to come across something that I don’t like. I’ve always struggled with dieting & meal prep. This is an absolute game changer. It is budget friendly & I feel like I save money because I’m not making impulse purchases because I barely have to go to the grocery store! I save time, money & no food waste. I can't say enough about the meals, service, and what this program has done for my life. I'm a busy mom of 3 little ones, and I was desperate to find something that could help me gain back control of my life and happiness. I heard about Kitchen Abz through my mom (her trainer buys meals), and I took a chance and thought, why not. I live fairly far away but the delivery service was able to deliver to my city and it is WELL WORTH every penny. I started eating the meals and the weight started falling off.
