This place doesn't deserve ANY stars. Employees/managers are absolutely rude. I just went through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes for 2 meals. I told the girl who took my order I had a coupon. She told me to pull around because her managers were busy. When I pulled around they tried to tell me I had to go back in line since I had a coupon. I told them absolutely not!!! There were 6 cars behind me And i already told that girl I had a coupon. She called for her manager and this young ignorant little girl came to the window. I explained to her that I told the girl who took my order that I had a coupon and she said her managers were busy and to please pull around therefore I was NOT going back in line. She closed the window and started hollering in the back for them to make my meal and how she was gonna make me feel stupid. I confronted her and told her how unprofessional they are. She kept talking rude and running her mouth. I go to the window to get my food but the young man tells me the girl who talked to me wasnt even the manager. So I asked the REAL store manager why she had me talking to that other girl and she said they were BOTH the manager. She said her name was Shayla I asked for the other girls name to make a formal complaint to corporate and she said she couldn't give me her name yet the girl is wearing a name tag. Read moreI went to the Mahoning Ave location today at 730a. There were 2 vehicles in front of me who eventually pulled off without ordering. I pulled to the speaker and sat for a bit but there was no answer. I even called out "hello" but still nothing. I didn't have time to sit indefinitely so I pulled through the drive-thru to look in the windows but couldn't see anyone. I went to work and shared with my coworker about this experience. She voiced concern that maybe there was a robbery or something else was wrong. I decided to call. The line was answered. I tried explaining that I had been there about 20 mins ago. The lady cut me off and was rude stating that something happened and they are opening now. I tried to state that I was just calling out of concern because I thought something happened. She again cut me off and I couldn't get an entire sentence out. Unfortunately I had to go to work without breakfast because there wasn't time to go to another location or another business. I went to this location because it's on my way to work. Then to yell and be rude to callers is just unacceptable. Also if Jessica is assistant manager why does she think she is the “big boss around here” . The district manager never gives me a hard time over the same problem. But Jessica working alone tries to take advantage of customers and treats them very poorly.
