Taco Bell — Restaurant in Azle

I'm updating my review to complain about food quality and consistency. I ordered 10 items and somehow in their assembly line process, they didn't add ANY sauce at all to any of the burritos and quesadillas. I'm not talking about the add on sauce packets either.I ordered through the App and requested sauce packets and they forgot those too. Everything was completely dry as F_ck and tasted totally disgusting. We ate it because we starving but probably shouldn't have since we could barely choke them down. Every time I order from the Azle location they always short my order or mess something up. I go to Lake Worth when I can but tonight it was dark and raining miserable I wasn't wanting to make the drive. Also, it is absolutely impossible to reach anyone at the store. If you call they never pick up. Previous Review: We ordered using the terminal inside the store. The android appr did not work for the second time in a row. Unknown error message, please try again and again and again. Frustrating. The App has no way to transfer a order to the terminal in the store I had to spend another 15 minutes inputting my order again for the 3rd time. Also, even if you request sauce packets at the terminal or online you won't get any in the sealed bag they give you. You go all the way home 7 miles from the store only to discover that. March 2022 We came here very late on a weekday, and as always, the customer service was superb. What was different this time was the food, in particular the Crunchy Tacos. We ordered a Crunchy Taco Party Pack and 2 Chalupa Boxes. All of the crunchy tacos, including the ones in our Chalupa Box, were awful—it tasted off, to put it lightly. Something in the Crunchy Taco was bad, and we couldn't necessarily pinpoint it, but it was an occurrence in every single Crunchy Taco we had. Soon after, we had a tummy ache, unsure if it's relevant to that or not.

We've had Crunchy Tacos from here before, and it wasn't bad, but this time it was. Of course I'd return, just because the customer service is so great and their food isn't always terrible. Every time we visit via drive-thru, we have always had a good experience. The staff is very nice and helpful — they don't rush you, and they make sure you get your order right.

We ordered a Party Pack and several individual tacos and chalupas. As always, their food hits the spot.

Ate here again today (4/14/16); nothing's changed. We come here maybe once or twice a year over the past 8 years, and we get poor service and cold food every time we come here. I've left feedback via the receipt every time we've eaten here to no avail. We go to another Taco Bell location when we are away from Azle that is simply fantastic for breakfast; when we are at home, we long for this wonderful breakfast that this location simply cannot seem to serve. All you have to do, is be friendly, and serve hot, fresh food. Three things, and this location has yet to get it right. BTW, why does there always seem to be a middle-aged lady at the window at this location who seemed to have had a really rough night prior to dragging herself into work in the morning?
