So I ordered from Pan American Bakery & Grill via Grubhub. I had a Promo code from them so I did get some money off. I ordered a Sandwich De Pollo, a Saltenas (Chicken), and Bread Pudding. I ordered it at 2:31 PM and it was finally delivered at 3:34 PM. Yeah, not good. Not for a place about ten minutes away from me by car. But that's not the restaurant's fault. So let us talk about the food. It was all well packaged and protected. The Saltenas was GREAT. I think some of the reviewers say the dough may be too sweet but I liked it. Then I started on the Sandwich. While there were no bones there seemed to be tendons. In other words cartilage. I filled the sauce cup that came with the sandwich with all the pieces. Not very good job at deboning the chicken. I was worried about choking. One star taken away. But at least I had the Bread Pudding! I am a huge fan of Bread Pudding and where ever I go I will always order it. Sometimes it is traditional and sometimes they add to it. But I normally enjoy it. This Pudding was meh. Bland. A lot of it, yes, but uninteresting. I had to force myself to finish. I HAD to FORCE myself to FINISH my DESSERT. Another star gone. So three out of five stars.

I had an amazing experience at Pan American Bakery! The variety of freshly baked goods is impressive, from savory empanadas to sweet pastries, each bite full of flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through their delicious offerings. The bakery has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your treat with a cup of their excellent coffee. I highly recommend Pan American Bakery for anyone looking for authentic, high-quality baked goods!

A great place to enjoy authentic Bolivian food. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Don't worry if you don't speak Spanish, the staff speak English and will help you picking items. I personally love the Trancapecho and the Salteñas. Also the bakery items here are outstanding. I recommend the spicy cheese bread. Don't forget to toss some of the fresh green sauce on everything, adds some nice spice. 10/10 love this place.

Obviously making cakes is not their specialty. I was about to cry when I got the cake. The only reason I went to this bakery was because it is only five minutes away from my house. I was doing a surprise party for my dad and husband and I knew I was not going to have the time to go to the regular bakery I go to. I wanted something like the "love" picture and I received c*` cake on the right. First off all, they didn't have the gold sprinkles nor the gold cake board so, I had to order those myself. I also order the cake topper. That was already a sign that I should've turned back. I couldn't find those exact sprinkles so, I got the gold mist. The top part of the cake is not even centered, they wrote "happy birthday" behind the cake in BLACK. The "Dad & Lenin" name are about two inches apart. The entire hand written part looks like a child did it. And they didn't have the appropriate box to fit it. The cake was a "tres leche" or a sponge three milks cake. It was dry and the dark part of the cake stained your mouth (hard to remove). DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SPECIALTY...

I tried this place for the 1st time. My daughter is fan of saltenas so decided to surprise her. I called on the phone and ordered 6 to pick up at a later time. Upon my arrival both ladies working stated they had not received an order nor asked for my card over the phone. I showed them my bank proving the charge and showed them a record of my call earlier that day. Still one lady said I don’t remember you calling and can’t cancel the purchase. I asked for the manager to which she said she would call. After she spoke with her manager she reviewed receipts and had my order with my name misspelled. She never apologized but instead told me “ next time make sure to remember exactly what kind did you order”. A disappointment to buy from an arrogant business. Two stars because the food was good but the workers disrespect is not worth a second try. Thankfully, I also picked up Peruvian empanadas later and the owners customer service changed my mood. I recommend Peruvian Brothers by...
