Pathetic server. Full of attitude. There is a short guy who seems to be having tons of attitude. We ordered $100 worth of food and he wasn't refilling our coffee accusing we might be sharing it (no one was sharing). Menu said it's unlimited refill. We asked him to refill once. For every small change, he was charging for extra money. That's fine but he needs to learn manners. He lost his tip. He deserved a zero tip. And he was good to other customers so high likely he was being racist. I don't see any other reason for his entitled behavior. Denny's CEO would rather be more humble than this server.
And and and as soon as you enter the restaurant, you would smell rotten meat. Whole place was filled with strong stench. Go to their restroom, you will puke. It was stenching so so bad, it was smelling like sewage. I don't know why department of sanitation hasn't closed it down yet. I have bookmarked it so I don't come here even by mistake. Food was decent but trying eating decent food in a drain.
UPDATE: Dear Lenin, thanks for taking out time to respond to my review. I understand that I wrote a strong review criticizing various things, but that's how strong I felt when I left the restaurant. Offended. His refusing to refill my "unlimited refill coffee" even once was the last nail. Glad you talked about some behavioral training. Read moreMy family and I stopped here on our drive home from Vegas and our experience was terrible! Firstly, we waited at the host stand to be seated for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgment. The restaurant was absolutely freezing cold! When we were seated, we sat for around 25 minutes without even being asked what we would like to drink. I ordered white choc chip pancakes after being advised by the waitress that this was ok. I was made aware when my plate was put in front of me with regular chocolate that they had no white chocolate left instead of asking me if I would rather change my order. Another member of my family ordered sausage and instead was served bacon that was so over done it could’ve broken her tooth. Her eggs were also burned! We ordered the strawberry pups for the table to share and these weren’t given to us. When we asked about them, we were told by the server that she forgot to put them through the order system. Lunch was busy, full of people making a pit stop on their way to/from Vegas, but our server Alberto was exceptional. Having over a decade of experience in customer service management myself I know the pressures of juggling a busy work environment while also emphasising customer satisfaction. It can be a challenge. Alberto was perfectly attentive, ready to take our order when we were ready but he in no way made us feel hounded or ‘over served’ — something which can get frustrating when you are tired and just want to eat. Our food was prepared faster than expected, and Alberto made every effort to attend to any drink top ups or enquiries.
