Awful. Worst experience ever! We understood there would be a wait, but then a miscommunication happened when we went to get seated they tried to sit 5 people at a table for 4.. and proceeded to blame us as if we did something wrong. When we asked for a manager the hostess said bluntly, " I AM the manager" I asked again for the store manager and after walking in circles for 10 minutes she went to grab the manager. As we continued to wait yet again to be seated, we noticed 3 other families be sat before us when we were told we would be next.. after an hour of waiting at our table, we noticed families coming in after us and being served before us as well.. by the time we got fed up again and went to ask about our food it was apparently sitting waiting to be brought out so when it finally touched our table it was cold!!! Our server dropped the food off and never came back to see if we needed anything else! I had to ask the front for our ticket. I have never been so disappointed in service. We had to deal with smirks and awful eye contact from the hostess and a friend of hers the entire time we were there and even on our way out she refused to take our payment although she took the family in front of ours. Read moreI am a bit unsure how many stars to rate this place so I will just let you know my experience and you can judge. Now, I have been here a handful of times and have had an ok visit. This last time just rubbed me the wrong way. We placed our order and waited for our food. It was very busy but we were still served in a decent amount of time. We had a minor issue with our food but chose to let it go. One of us had a meal that came with coffee and juice. It was difficult to get wait staff's attention for things like drink refills, water and ketchup. Near the end of our meal when I got his attention and asked about the coffee and juice he told me, "well you didn't ask for it so I didn't think you wanted it." I would have rather heard, I'm sorry, I forgot or something along those lines instead of essentially blaming me for not asking for something I had already ordered. It also seemed as if I was an inconvenience by asking for it. The only reason he had come to my table was to bring the check so he seemed irritated that we were still requesting things. My son had ordered all you can eat pancakes but didn't want to ask for more because of this. It may have just been an off day for this particular person but every time we come we seem to have some sort of issue....
Read moreThis Dennys is HORRIBLE for everything food & customer service related! The in dining wait is crazy long my driver waited 52 minutes for my breakfast order. It was so cold by the time i got it i had to warm it up in the microwave & they forgot my lava skillet cookie😡! So when I called the restaurant the front desk said she couldn't help me & the manager was busy i would have to call back. Long story short i called back 3 times with the runaround from staff everytime. By that time I was already mad so they let me speak to the "manager Kim" i asked for them to send out the missing items because i had already paid for delivery but she said she couldn't & id have to come pick up the missing item if i wanted them. Oh & she totally didn't even address the issues I had with the cold as heck food 😡 so then manager Kim to shut me up (I guess) just flat out lied to me & said that she'd refund me for the missing items & I'd see it on my card in 5 business days. So iv waited patiently, but NEVER did she issue any refund back to me for the missing items! Its been a whole week & still no refund (lying manager kim!😡) 😡 I DON'T RECOMMEND this place to nobody!!
