I would give it a zero if I could!! Horrible customer service from the store manager!!!! I went to eat with my girlfriend at the frosty king on Chester and the manager was rude and did not want to listen to what I had to say! We ordered a combo for 4.99 that came with 2 burritos a drink and a large fries and we wanted to substitute for a chilly cheese fries. They did it but charged us 2.25 extra to substitute for a medium chilly cheese fries. A medium chilly cheese fries at regular price cost 2.99. So why charge us 2.25 extra to substitute it??? I even told the manager I just want to pay for what I ordered not get charged extra! He didn't care what we had to say because we ate our food and we had a receipt. He said "she gave you a receipt so you agreed to pay that price. So its done nothing else to say, I can't help you, you agreed its done." You have to slide the credit card first to get a receipt out!!!! I didn't want free food I just wanted that extra charge back. I called the owner to and he never got back to me. Wow horrible!! This is thee BEST restaurant when u want a meal that will fill u up but wont break ur wallet! Theyve got a large soda for like .93€! And the classic burger-only the BEST BURGER IN THE WHOLE. ENTIRE. WORLD- IS ONLY ONE FREAKIN DOLLAR! (u just gotta order the burger with extra sauce...but yeah-its. AMAZING! There are SOOO MANY things to choose from. Theres something for everyone at this place n the food is not just thrown together like other places. Its super inexpensive. They messed up my order and refused to remake it. Drove over for nearly no reason. Ordered two combos and they came dry. They just gave me sauce to make up for it but didn’t consider that the rest of the food would get cold because of the drives back and forth so really couldn’t enjoy my food at all. I did not have my receipt but did have my bank charge and brought back the items fully intact except one which is how we discovered it was messed up. When over the phone they said they’d make an exception but didn’t when we got there. Was one of my favorite spots to eat but not worth it for the attitude. The girl that made the food was perfectly nice but it was the shift lead that refused any accommodation.
