KC Furniture Outlet — Local services in Bakersfield

We were hesitant to purchase from this furniture store to begin with, but decided to go through with it after they offered us a better deal than another store we had in mind. Unfortunately, we regret that decision.

They promised delivery by a certain date, but our order arrived 3–4 days late—and not even all of it. Some items didn’t show up until almost a week later. We were advised to pay for delivery because certain pieces were “difficult to assemble,” so we agreed. However, when the delivery finally happened, they just left everything in boxes and didn’t assemble anything.

Even worse, half of our order was missing. When we followed up, they did come back—only to tell us we hadn’t paid for assembly, despite what was originally said. The lack of clear communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating.

Also, be very careful when choosing items—make sure they show you exactly what you’re buying and go over every detail. That part was on me, but I wish they had taken more time to ensure we understood everything up front.

Bottom line: I would not recommend this place unless you’re prepared for delays, confusion, and doing a lot more work...

Hands down, BEST PRICES IN TOWN!! What I have seen and loved is their furniture are from Ashley Furniture Store, which we all know they have good quality furniture. Maria was the lady who helped me out. She was great, very friendly, attentive, answered all my questions I had, and was able to find exactly what I needed for a great price. I will definitely be referring people over to KC Furniture!!.

I would’ve given them 0 stars . At first when you go in they sweet talk you into buying their cheap furniture . The associate Maria lies and deceives people , I applied for the Kafene program which she stated would NOT be an inquiry on my credit which later to find out it is.
