This was by far the worst experience I’ve had using Turo. The host operates out of a car lot that also doubles as a “Turo Hub,” but they do not follow Turo’s guidelines or reflect the values of the platform. From the start, the experience was uncomfortable and borderline invasive. The host (or someone working with them) admitted to watching and monitoring us, even when we were completely off their property. It felt more like surveillance than customer service. They enforce strict, inflexible pickup and drop-off times, which they do not advertise anywhere on their listing. Worse, they didn't inform us of these rules until it was too late, leaving us stranded and without options. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To top it off, after the trip, they submitted a false claim that there had been smoking in the vehicle. This is absolutely untrue — since they were literally watching us and they would have clearly seen my husband get out of the car and walk away to smoke while I turned in the vehicle, respecting the rules. The false accusation feels retaliatory and petty, and it calls their credibility into serious question. Would NEVER buy a car from Naranjo Auto Sales AGAIN! I brought a 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ the first month I had it had several problems a couple would be

1. service light was on and the said “ it was because the tires weren’t stock and it couldn’t be fixed”
2. control arm was broken
3. lies on oil change So the service light was on because my tires didn’t have sensors so I went to a tire shop and of course it just needed sensors to get fixed and so I told the sales men and after about a week it was fixed. My control arm was broken and they said “ it was a used car and nothing was Guaranteed and that if the only thing they could do was give me the money to the cost of the part and take it to my own Machanic but after going back and fourth for a few weeks they finally fixed it at their cost. After about a month I decided to do a oil change and the oil was really dirty like it hadn’t been changed in a while and the transmission fluid was really low (lower then 2 courts and it takes 4-6 courts). And RECENTLY I traded the Malibu in for something different only to find out that the title of the car had been SALVAGED but when I had gotten the car I was shown paper work or a “carfax” stating that the title was clean. Bought a car from these guys , Richard was very convincing on selling me this 2015 Kia sportage and ensured me that they’re cars are in great condition I’ll have no issues with it at all.I ended up putting 3500 down for the car that only cost 10,000 dollars. 4 months of 400.00 a month payments and on my way to work the engine started knocking. I got a second opinion and was told it was the engine and it was an issue that had been happening for a long while with the vehicle. Took it back to the dealership. They said my car is on its last leg and it’s not worth repairing at all….. after only 4 months.
