I recently visited Jack in the Box, and I was absolutely impressed! First of all, the food is amazing – every dish looks beautiful, is freshly prepared, and made with care. The flavors are incredible, and every bite is delicious!
The staff deserves special recognition. They are incredibly kind, friendly, and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. They take orders quickly, always ready to help, and serve with a genuine smile. The manager does a fantastic job leading the team and ensuring top-notch service.

I understand it was a busy Friday night at 12:30am but just received horrible service at this location. First of all they took forever to greet me and take my order. The girl taking my order just was not paying attention and had to repeat over and over even though I was speaking clearly. I said can I get a Large jumbo jack combo with a large Coke on the side. She didn’t verify the order or anything. When I get to the window I found out she had charged me for a medium not large. Went through the drive thru tonight on 06/05/24. By far the worst Jack in the box food and service experience ever. I ordered a chicken sandwich which usually is really good at other locations but this one was cold and soggy and the mayo was only a drop or two on one side of the bottom bun. Asked for 3 different sauces and only got 2 bbq sauce, one of which was seemingly pierced by a fingernail and spilled all over my food and bag which I noticed after placing the foods on my table, making a huge mess.
