Went to this place today and first of all the wait line was 15-20 mins and then my 2 wet burritos carne asada was a lil burn but I just took out the burn meat which was already annoying since we were very hungry and I bought my husband some quesabirria tacos to take for lunch since he works graveyard shift and I'm ready to take them out the box to put in a plastic container for him and let me tell you these quesabirrias tacos were super burnt and how could the cook and cashier think this is ok for them to still give to customer. This is the last time I go to this place and also the cashier had a attitude like she just was trying to rush you when asking for salsa. So low on this restaurant to think this is ok to serve, if they don't care about their customers then why work there. I ordered using the Los Hermanos website and it was delivered by Doordash. I was floored when I go 2 different emails from them as they chose to add a total of $7.41 to add a little extra enchilada sauce on my enchiladas. When I called to ask why they would charge me that amount for sauce all she kept saying is there is a $1.25 for adding extra sauce on each enchilada I ordered 3. Charged a total of $7.41 that is not $3.75 so they ripped me off. I gave them a chance to make this right for me and they chose not to do that. Do not order from this restaurant as they may rip you off too. Oh and the didn't even give me chips for the 2 orders of guacamole that I ordered. Next time I will just order from Los Mojitos. Okay time for another review Los Hermanos it's sad to me. me and my family drive by this everyday but yet we always forget it's there not no more finally gave it a try talk about awesome food I ordered a burrito that was not on the menu habanero chicken burrito ladies and gentlemen this burrito was the ultimate in habanero burritos my daughter ordered a torta wish I had a bite of it was amazing my two-year-old had chicken strips which were okay I cannot recall what my wife had to eat but we we're are all blown away we will definitely be coming back and I must say it's hard to get a five-star from me but besides the amazing food the restaurant was well maintained the restrooms were clean and the service was amazing.
