Update as of 03-30-25 was told 3 months ago that I would be called back by management but never received a call back. This is why I will no longer eat at any taco bell. I made a purchase at this Taco Bell I bought three burritos I was buying the burritos for a kid that was hungry early in the morning on his way to school after I sat there place my order paid for my order the employee by the name of Anthony was very very rude I had to wait over 25 minutes for breakfast burrito and two bean and cheese burritos. I would say this I am no longer eating at any Taco Bell again their customer service has downgraded a lot and the employees do not know that is the customers that pay their bills to sit there and talk to you like you are dumb is on call for the most thing I did not like is the drive-thru employee trying to tell me what I ordered on the kiosk I did not like the fact that the cashier lied to me and try to blame the delay on drive-thru when I clearly stated for $20 an hour you should know what my order is and I would appreciate it if you get it get my order out instead of taking care of drive-thru. Is Taco Bell has got the kiosks they no longer believe in customer service so that's why I choose to take my business elsewhere. I would say this from now on I will drive 10 miles out of my way before I ever eat out at Taco Bell again. I will say Del Taco has better food too just saying. Read moreMy wife went through the drive-thru the other day and we had ordered food, for myself, and our children and when she came home she had found that the green sauce and nacho cheese that came with the nacho fries was spilled all over our food, essentially ruining it. My wife and I have both worked in the food industry, customer service, and retail almost all our lives so we reached out and called to see what could be done.
Our call was answered instantly and we were helped by a helpful taco bell employee (I didn't get a chance to catch their name). We explained the situation, and they immediately let their manager know. We then spoke to the manager, Billie. Billie, was tremendously helpful and did everything in her power to make things right for us. Billie let us know that we could come and they would remake the order for us and credit us for the inconvenience.
The next day we went over and picked up the food and service we received was spectacular, the staff was friendly, helpful, and worked to make sure that we were taken care and that things were right. We would like to give a big shout out to Billie and the rest of the team at Taco Bell for being great at customer service and taking care of as customers. Read moreCame here with my family around 4pm on Saturday 14 my children needed to use the bathroom yet they had no hand soap for them to wash their hands so I asked if they can restock their soap by the time the lady got the hand soap my daughter was already using the bathroom so she told me to let her know when my daughter was out so I did exactly what she asked me to but yet this African lady worker came told me that the lady already put soap which I told her that she didn’t because my daughter was in there at the moment which she rudely raised her voice and said that my daughter needs to be out the bathroom for the lady can go in which I said my daughter was already out waiting.. the whole point of this post is that this lady needs to learn how to have customer service skills because she shouldn’t be raising her voice at customer for letting them know that their bathroom needs to have soap and it’s literally common sense that my daughter needed to be out the bathroom for them to stock the soap because like yeah I’m really gonna allow someone who isn’t me to be in the bathroom with her while she’s using it… don’t be pointing out the obvious just to argue with customers no need...
