OMG I had to leave a review on regards to my experience today with the front end Cashier she might even be a assistant Manager.. heavy set with tattoos. After sitting for 10 minutes waiting on my mobile order I witnessed the most unprofessional customer service ever. She ignored the elderly man when he asked politely for ketchup until a maintenance man came behind the counter and helped him and then she rolled her eyes and told the employee he was in her way . Then as I muttered under my breath how rude she was she turned to me to ask what I had said and I told her she was RUDE. I had the absolute worst experience with the manager, Consuelo. She rushed me during the ordering process and insisted she had the order correct although she cut me off numerous times during the ordering process, she wouldn't accept anything from my hand but willingly accepted the same thing I attempted to give her from my coworkers hand. She was rude when I asked her the reason why and immediately got defensive yelling "I'm just trying to get food out!" When I pointed out that she had my order incorrect and charged me incorrectly she threw the change owed on the counter.
