Food: My two favorite dishes (tamales and chili verde enchiladas) were not on the menu. The little old lady waitress said they could make me a chile verde enchilada anyway, which I appreciated. With that said, I did not like their chile verde, it was very watery and the chunks of pork were very small. The beans and rice were pretty good though.

Drinks: I absolutely cannot stand drinking my drinks out of a can. Our drinks were served in cans, no fountain drinks. Not sure if this is always the case or on this particular day their machine was down.

Want to eat REAL, AUTHENTIC Mexican food like if it was made at home? This is the place. I cannot emphasize enough how high my standards are. I was born and raised in the south of Mexico, el corazón de nuestra cocina. I’m always homesick, and this brought tears to my eyes. El olor, el sabor… it took me straight back to so many wonderful memories.

I love this place! Authentic, delicious food, great prices! The cutest restaurant ever! AND the Los Reyes Artesanias shop connected has so many items that are adorable.
