I placed my order at 5:20 PM and I didnât get my food at all till I came and showed up because their phone number doesnât work and Iâve called their phone multiple times i have checked the app multiple times and I go inside just be given stank faces by all of them and then I never got an apology so I picked up my food around 7 PM because I was using my points and I never got an apology or nothing and then I find out that when I look at my thing for my order, it shows that they placed my Order at 6:58 PM and the app didnât notify me that my food was ready or anything of the sort. I came in with my dog in my arms and the entire time until after i finish my order and Decided Iâm gonna order more food well when I put my dog down for a minute, I am given attitude about my dog told that she canât be on the ground mind you I held my dog the entire time, and my dog wasnât even on the ground that long and my arms were getting tired too. Sadly, she never even asked if my dog was a service dog, so that was very concerning to me and to top it off I wasnât going to stay inside to eat. I was just picking up an order but sadly I never got an apology. All I got were dirty from them and I didnât say anything because I was trying to keep my composure because my dog was in my arms but it was probably one of the most ridiculous McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to and just seems like they donât care when they screw peoples orders up and that they do not tell you when your food is ready at the Mount Vernon McDonaldâs And Iâm not a mean person I am a very nice person, but yeah, I was given such disrespect to me and my dog.    Read moreEvery late start day at my kid's school we have a routine of ordering McDonald's. Today I order McDonald's through the app and went to pick up our food before their school started. I arrived, the app asked how I would like to get my food and I selected curbside pickup. The app sent me the confirmation email letting me know that I had been charged and my food would be arriving shortly at 924 am. At 940 no one had come out with the food but they did take food to a lady that had pulled up after me. I asked the employee when my food would be coming. She went inside to check then came back and asked what my order was. I let her take a picture of it with her phone. Shortly after another lady came out asking what the number was. I gave her any and all the numbers that were on the receipt and she told me that she could not help me because they never received the order inside. She said I could come inside, I asked her if that would get me my food she said no. I asked her what I needed to do to get a refund because I had been charged and she told me I would need to contact my bank. She then walked away. I called the customer service number in the app and they told me that I would need to contact my bank for a refund. I asked why they could not simply refund the amount and the customer service representative said they just could not. When I called my bank they asked why they wouldn't just give me my money back. I told them I had no idea. They told me I could come in and start a dispute. I know there are people who have had much worse customer service but that was the worst I have experienced so far. I enjoyed my reasonably priced iced latte with no added flavoring, however, the atmosphere is loud and, not conducive to relaxing (definitely not Starbucks).
I used the app, for the 1st time, which, supposedly included table service. The app does NOT indicate the number of items in the cart. I am required to enter a table # but, the employee called out the order and, left two, iced lattes on my table instead of only one.
Orders were being delivered to the curbside. I called an employee, who later stated that she was a manager, who expected me walk, to her, from my seat, to discuss the problem. She informed me that I must call McDonald's to request a refund since I ordered it online. She refused to give her name.
