This is the second time we have come here. We have been excited to try their MochiDonut & Their Corn Dog Hot Cheetoes . The first we went, we had ordered the Hot Cheetoes CornDog. The worker first went to check to see if they had any batter.
Right there in front of us, we saw just they did. So we ordered one, we asked about their Mochidonut. They had run out. Okay, well, it was about 45 min before closing. So then, we ordered out drinks & waited for our Hot Cheetoes Corn Dog.. after paying, not even a whole min before we sat down .
The manager called us over, n let's us know that we could not get our Hot Cheetoes Corn Dog xause they ran out of batter. We then told him. She just checked not even 5 min ago. N pulled it out from the fridge n showed us that she still has half a pitcher, n we wete a kd yo still order . He then looked at her, then turned around toldus. Yeah, we had to throw it out cause we are closing already...
Funny... he all of a sudden said that , causr not even seconds after saying that. Another employee just went behomg where the fridge was located n pulled out the sane pitcher n walked towards the back.. hmmm.
So we got a refund, the second time was today. We said he'll let's have them another shot. so we stop by today? Notice how enthusiastic the workers were ,seen to just love their job. Being grateful for the opportunity just being able to serve customers
Noot!!!... i would be lying to say that was true. The employers did not greet the customers and didn't seem to know what was going on. No Mochidonuts or any type of pastry type desserts have been out fresh or made. I saw they had funnel cakes tight away. I wanted one. Do we ask? The first thing we have been told is that they are out !! Now mind you, this early afternoon..."What! So we asked if they would be making g any more. She said no, they were done making for the day We order our drinks again
When receiving our drinks, we noticed that my Thia Tea was dripping..so notice they didni5 sell the plastic cover correctly. So them my boyfriend goes back to let them know.. ans let's the worker know that there is a trail of Thia Te that had gotten into. The ground to let someone know so nobody ends slipping and falling.
But they didn't seem tk much of a co Corn for them to do so. We asked ger of the carmaker, sure that mucus was sealed correctly
So she took it toward the back. And brought it back out, and my boyfriend goes n gets it. He comes back n again, noticing that my cup was still not sealed correctly again. I just told him to just forget it. I'm ove it just being at this place
So again, my boyfriend mentions to the worker that you may want to ask someone yo vlean uo this spill . Still didn't bother. She told us . It's okay.. But I just would feel good knowing that my drink is on the floor where anyone can end up slipping n hurting themselves. I grab some napkins n cleaned up the spill myself n left.
This plla e over all needs real training . A place like this should be dwelling with workers who love at least playing the part love being at their jobs. Greeting customer interacting and having fresh items for them to have a reason to say we are all sold out. But their not ,
Customers should be talking highly about the workers, their drinks, and how well . But agin a place like thia is judge by the workers who work the food and stock as well as how fast and fresh their items are . But Iya sad to see a place like this with workers who look lolw thei hate bwjng there and how no effort or anytyoe of enthusiasm.
So Please To the owners of this p Mochido , have you're employee's trained properly. Cause boba and all these teas you sell are a hit...
Read moreUsually when I come here it’s pretty good experience maybe because there isn’t many people in. But today there was a handful of people but nothing completely super busy. I ordered 4 drinks and 3 corn dogs and it was right before a group of people came, so we got our order in first. We got our drinks about 5 min later and 5 min later again we had our name called. We walk over to the handoff to get our food but nothing was there and they just looked at me lost so we just sat back down thinking we misheard. We later find out that someone else had taken our food. we go back to the handoff and hear them telling another lady that someone else took her food and they would give her new ones. Then another worker says “no her food is here” so we were more confused because they just proceed to look at us not knowing anything so we sit back down. My boyfriend then gets upset I didn’t say anything which is my fault and he goes to tell the worker we haven’t gotten our food and someone else took OUR food. They said they would remake it so we sit down. Another worker tells the customer that is currently taking an order “sorry for the mix up they took your food we’ll give you a free item of food” us sitting down we are so confused that they still don’t know what is going on, and who actually needs the food. After we get our food our food was made wrong our cording had no potato on it and had a huge whole in it. We just had enough and asked for a refund which they only provided cash and we paid card. Terrible experience, ruined my day with my family...

You have a great product and I am so glad to see a variety of places like Mochido opening in Bakersfield! However, the employees need to step up on their customer service. I know they're new so this is constructive criticism coming from a good place and I hope they can improve. My advice is: acknowledge your customers! We walked in and were in a hurry but thankfully there was nobody else in line and two other customers inside who seemed to already have their orders. The two ladies working completely ignored us. We asked them if we could order in the area we were standing and she didn't respond. We asked again, didn't respond. So we moved by the cash register area and they never once looked at us or welcomed us or gave us directions (order on screen). After standing around a couple minutes, with both ladies standing directly in front of us we eventually figured we should order on the screen and did. I get they have a screen to order but at least acknowledge our existence, answer our questions or give us some direction if we are awkwardly standing there. It was so strange, it felt like we were invisible. So please, please try to acknowledge your customers and I think it'll...
