Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Before you think that this one star review is unreasonable do keep in mind that this is in comparison to other Blaze location. When my brother and I went into this location the line moved at a snail like pace, key question were not asked in regards to our food, customers appeared to be served out of order and when asking for additional toppings like we have done before at other locations they made it seem like we were doing something out of the ordinary. It seems to me the whole point of Blaze as a franchise is that you can get a fast pizza for each person in your party exactly how you want without noticeably increasing the price of the pizza or feeling like your in-convincing the person behind the counter. It was because of this and other previous issues that we felt compelled to write this review. Ok so I didn't see a badge with her name on it so I apologize for the discription! But the African American girl that worked today with curly hair was wearing a hat and had a nose piercing! Your customer service was amazing! Employees like yourself are the types that should be leading teams on all levels! Super positive super friendly and super willing to help!

On the other note the other lady that worked today again I hate the descriptions but no one was wearing name badges. But anywho yea she sucked, charged us double for dumb stuff,didn't break a smile the whole time, just wasn't pleasant.

I still gave a 5 star review regardless of the second ladies service because the first lady was really really pleasant and willing to work I didn't see her stop the entire time and we dined in! I personally think that this is some of the best pizza that I have eaten, if you get a build your own and you don't like it you only have yourself to blame since YOU tell them what you want on it and how much you want and they put it on. They make the pizza right in front of you only when you order it. The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door and the best thing is that they take your health and safety seriously!!! Everyone there wears a mask and wears it correctly and all customers HAVE to wear one also. They also keep the toppings well protected from customer contamination.
