This subway is amazing because of their customer service! A few weeks ago I ordered food through the app, I have been using the app for a while now, but this time there was a glitch where it double charged me. Jenny was the associate in the restaurant who caught it and told me. Now this has nothing to do with this location but there is no way to get a hold of a person or reach customer service person for the app and after almost 2 weeks I thought I has lost that money forever since no one ever replied to the multiple messages that I had sent subway. I tried the actual store to see if maybe someone could help me and Jenny remembered me and helped me with a solution. Her customer service went above and beyond and I was able to get the issue resolved with her help. She is exactly the type of person who Subway wants, she is a dream. Subway if you do not give her a raise, promote her, or give her gratitude in some way...I swear, I almost swore to never eat subway again. She helped me when Subway corporate could not. Thank you Jenny, you and your coworkers always offer a smile and a warm welcome whenever I come into the store. Absolutely the best customer...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich from the app. I then went to pick it up and noticed that my sandwich was open in the bag, they did not put stickers to keep closed. So I asked the manager Sheena for another sheet of paper to rewrap it. Once to that point I noticed that my sandwich was extremely light on meat and cheese, having ordered their beast sandwich it was very noticeable... I reviewed the receipt and it says it has x amount of this and x amount of that, which was never put in my sandwich. I brought it up to the manager and she said because I got a coupon on the app for half off she only put half the ingredients in my sandwich... I will never go to this...
Read moreThis is very devastating to write, I always love subway, but I hate this one. They are always out of things and tell me last minute. The guy working had left hair in my food, and when I asked him to make me another one, he acted like he didn’t know what was going on ; considering his English was really bad . The new management they have was nothing like before. I thought I can give it a chance again but my sandwich was not even close to right.. at all but I was already frustrated when I seen there was hair sticking out. They need to get this together very rude and unprofessional. Anyways I hopes this help anyone...
