The food here was delicious and pretty quick. The customer service was good and my family and I enjoyed our visit there. The only thing I'd say is that it didn't look like the tables were cleaned right after each customer, but it was clean enough for us to sit with our toddler and baby and enjoy our meal. We ordered the kids combo, box combo and caniac combo. Food was fresh, a perfect amount of food (my husband and I hadn't eaten since breakfast because we were on a road trip). I'd say it definitely merits an extra Cane's sauce per combo, though. Otherwise, great!

The chicken was fresh and tender-licious and holy guacamole I have no idea what is in their sauce but it is astronomical so I give them a 10 out of five stars LOL

The chicken is crunchy and moist and so tender. The sauce was okay but a lil to tangy for my liking. The fries were so good and the perfect size. I especially liked the tecas toast, its buttery and a lil sweet with the perfect hint of garlic.😋

I been craving canes and I remembered of my last experience there and I had to write about it. I don’t feel like going back 🫠 this was like about 2 months ago, this is the most ridiculous review and funny I think, I should be mad lol but I know this guy was probably having a bad day cuz he looked annoyed and was rude, I had went through the drive thru with my friend like at 8 idk the sun was down and a young African American guy.. good looking too 🤷‍♀️ was at the window and called me Sr!!!!!!! lol I don’t NOT look like a Sr at all lmao and I was like what !? I said “I’m not a Sr” lol and just talking like he was annoyed and careless and before we headed to the next window he called me Sr again...

I ordered extra Chrispy and the girls on the intercom were literally making fun and bitching about my order ON the drive thru intercom. I expressed I was pregnant and wanted it extra Chrispy almost burnt and they all continued to talk to each other and talk shit. Absolutely no respect. They didn't do my chicken extra Chrispy it was soggy from the moment I checked it at the window. How messed up is it when you get a bunch of little girls together talking shit about your order where everyone can hear it, and then they still serve you the soggy chicken they had waiting. Clearly don't value their customers or jobs. We come here often and every time...

I feel bad giving a bad review. But this is the worst Raising Cane's I have been to. I travel for work, so I have been to several. The needing completely fell off the chicken. The chicken was hard, I don't even know how that happens. The fries tasted like they had been out back in the fryer. The service was horrible, the manager (assuming because she had a different color shirt) was at the register when I walked in, she looked at me and just walked away. That should have been my first clue to walk away.
