Starbucks — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

I wanted to re post my review due to my service today. And now that I read through other reviews I really thing startbucls should do something about this location and lack of being able to make a proper drink. I get a basic drink that already comes with 3 shots of espresso and I add 2 more to it so i can get through my day...anytime I get this drink at this location it taste watered down and makes me wonder if they even did the extra shots...for how much $$ they charge now, getting a drink that doesnt taste the way it should is extremely disappointing..the Starbucks on baldwin park is much better I recommend going to that one. Today I stopped at the Starbucks this morning because it's conveniently on my way to work. Especially on a day when it's raining. And I need to hurry up, but once again with my basic drink. Tastes straight like milk and for the price. Really isn't worth it on top of the rude customer service that they have there. I am absolutely appalled by the drinks that they make every single time I go to the Starbucks. I never have this issue at any other Starbucks. But really need to teach your drink makers. How to properly make Starbucks drinks? This is absolutely ridiculous to be excited for a drink and to get it to taste. Just like milk or water. Not even any kind of coffee taste to it whatsoever let alone White chocolate mocha flavor.. I am extremely disappointed and honestly down right pissed off. I cannot believe the service at this Starbucks location gives. Someone in corporate really should step in and do...

I ordered a venti iced coffee mocha and she told me with milk? to which I answered yes, but, as far as I know, my drink does have it. I always come here and normally they are 5 75, but this time they were 5 35, i told her if it was correct because i always pay 5 75 she said yes. when i recived my ordered, i told her i should have whipped cream and she said: thats iced coffee mocha and you said iced coffee with mocha. she offered to replace it but the fact that i told her that i always pay 5 75 and she didn't try to search or ask why, it annoys me. I had to throw it away. she was a pink haired cashier. I come here because it's close to me but it's not the first time we've been treated like this. The day before I came and there were about 5 people working, they all saw me but no one was able to say "hi welcome", something that they normally have to say to everyone but I understood it, which made me angry that no one said "ill be right with you" "or something similar, and wait standing. It's discrimination when they come in, they see you and don't say anything and someone behind you comes in and says it. They also tend to talk bad about the customers of the drive-through and those inside can hear. I don't usually comment but as I said before, it's not the first time, but...

This location deserves NO stars. My daughter was craving a turkey pesto sandwich so driving from Covina she decided to call and make sure they had the sandwich in stock, called and the young lady says yeah we have several. It took us literally 10 mins to arrive there the drive they line was ridiculously long so she went inside ordered, paid and waited and waited and waited after 25 mins of me sitting in the car I call her to see what the hold was she says “ mom they only have 3 people working” so I tell her to ask what’s going on maybe they forgot. She leans over to ask since she was waiting right by the counter just for them to tell her oh we ran out of sandwiches 😤 after having my daughter wait for 30 mins they decide to say they ran out !! The communication & customer service at this location is completely horrible. Overall the WORST Starbucks ever !!! Please avoid...
