King Taco # 18 — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

Yes I was there two day ago and thought it was really. Great and gave it a 5. Went back today with my sister from Alhambra after telling her how Great and delicious this food is. Very very disappointed the place only had 2 people in the line besides us the cashier was very rude to us. Then when they called or simple order not complicated at all two tacos and two combination burritos to go no drinks we were right in front of the counter trying to show our receipt that's are order with receipt in hand the lady very young girl looks at us very rude and says to us well put it down on the counter so I can see it . Then it gets worst we each want to take our food to go in separate bag, but they insisted on 1 bag only she's dropping me off then driving home to her house but that was very difficult for them to understand I Said it's late we're going home to two different houses. Then it gets worse when we asked for re and green chili the guy look at the girl giving it to us and stopped her in her tracks and said no that's not allowed we can only give give you one each. That really pissed me off. My sister order her burrito and taco plain because she likes to add hers on as she eats it. But the guy got very upset raised his voice to us and gave us a dirty look like how Dard you wanting a extra little bit more chili. He stuck to his guns and didn't give it to us and said you need to read the sign in front of you lady. At that point I shouldn't just said keep your food better and give us back our money but it was late and we're both very tired coming home @10.30 from the casino. We left with our food but we'll never go back there again. I have lots of family and friends here in Baldwin park I plan to redirect then to the one in El Monte on Peck Blvd. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AFTER ALL OF THAT WE WEREN'T EVEN ABLE TO ENJOY OUR FOOD. I HAVE FAMILY IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AS WELL AND WILL NOTIFY THEM 1ST THING IN THE MORNING BAD BAD BAD...

I would always make a stop to any of the locations depending where I was during my visits to SoCal. I used to think the sopes were good back in the days, but this changed during our recent visit. The lines are crazy, I mean, crazy, on top of that, the wait time to get the food is another long wait. We stopped by this location since it was on our way, so we stopped a few times during our stay. The last time we went, I placed the order online and although the food was ready when I got there, the worker failed to inform me where to get my drink from. He assumed I am local and that I knew their system. When I realized my drink was missing, I went back to him and let him know that I had order a drink, he gave me a look and told me drinks are not picked up there, but he never told me anything to begin with. As I waited for my food, I noticed how they wear gloves as they are prepping the food, but they go and touch other surfaces like doors, papers.. and then continue prepping the food with the same gloves on. I dont believe I will go back just because the quality of the food has declined...

I have been to this location before, and the wait doesn't bother me. But, this time, so many people after me received food first. I waited almost half an hour. When I finally was called, after I asked someone to check, I was so disrespected by the man handing my food. He didn't want to give me one extra salsa over the one I already was given. Just one! I told him so many people are getting stacks and plates of onion. Why couldn't je spare just one over? The manager came in, "Juan" and also said he shouldn't give it to me, I should pay. I felt so confused and felt bad. He was acting this way. I had asked him nicely, and he responded so rudely. "Your food already has salsa and one extra to go." I know what I ordered, thank you! I asked the manager to change how they speak to customers and be mindful of a guest who had been waiting almost half an hour, and one extra salsa was not something to be so negative and rude about. I will NEVER return to this location, EVER! MY BURRITOS WAS HORRIBLE AFTER ALL THAT, HARD RICE!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY,...
