My child who is 16 years old worked at this location. There is a general manager there by the name of tinka who kept trying to get her to ring on other people's register. Every time I explain to my child that that's not what happens she addressed it and they made her clean up. The store is so unprofessional it's ridiculous. I went to the manager about my child's last paycheck and she just over talked me she had no customer service skills whatsoever. She then proceeded to try to yell in over talk me. I've never had to deal with something like this. Tinka explained that because they are a franchise if I call corporate there was nothing that could be done. This store is always disgustingly dirty it smells like a bathroom when you walk in. The food is horrible old and soggy. Corporate definitely needs to look into this store and give them a facelift. Read more⭐ 1-Star Review (really deserves a zero star) Ordered on the KFC app and it said my food would be ready in a few minutes. I showed up at the drive-thru 15 minutes later and was told my order wasn’t ready and I had to come inside. Once inside, they said it would be another 20-minute wait.
Turns out there was a 30-minute wait just for chicken—and this was around 8 p.m. People were mopping the floors like they were trying to close early. At least 15–20 other customers walked in and left right out due to the long wait.
After nearly 40 minutes, I asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. There was even a sign that said, “We don’t give refunds. We want to see you smile.” Seriously?
