Asian Taste — Restaurant in Baltimore

Before this day I would have given this place a 5 star, after this encounter I wish that I could rate them with -100000.... stars. I don't know if they tainted with the food afterwards (I would hope not), but after having a heated arguement about their biasness and discrimination against my neighborhood, I wouldn't be surprised. They stated that they do not deliver after 6pm to my neighborhood (which is literally down the street on the same street: Belair Rd) which is a lie because I've received orders previously from this company. It's not my fault that the driver doesn't feel safe, if that's the case, the establishment should not be located in this unsafe area. They refused to deliever my food after they have charged my card. They told me to cancel the transaction and that I will receive a refund in 2 to 3 days. In the end, who can refund me on the discrimination and humiliating experience that Asian taste cooked up and offered me?? No one. So kudos to Asian taste, for keeping America's culture strong, which encourages discriminating against others. Always very polite and pleasant, despite this they may have lost me as a future customer. I ordered from here during the evening and I was told that I would have to come out to the car and pick the food up. This was understandable due to the fact that it was dark outside and the driver may have been uncertain of his safety. The sushi I ordered was great! No complaints there. I attempted to place another order the following day around noon only to be told again that I would have to come out to the car. I was shocked by this considering how unusual this request was. I then informed the woman taking my order that I was recovering from a broken ankle and could not go out to the car (my daughter had gotten the food the night before but she was at school at this time). After putting me on hold to check with the driver, he refused to come to the door. The entire purpose of ordering from a delivery service is for convenience. I was a fan of theirs until they forgot to put my patties for my egg foo young in the bag. I call to get it straight but that didn't happen. They wanted me to pay $5 more to get them to fix the order. They said I ate it and was trying to get a free order. I had everything still in the bag like they gave it to me but it's just the patties wasn't in there. They lost a valuable customer. Me and my family order from them every weekend or every other for the past 7 yrs or so. For them to treat me like that and tell me they don't care if I do business with them no more was more then disrespectful. For that I would give them no stars if I could.
