I was born on Barbara Ave in 1954. We always felt like we were in the country. The woods at the bottom of Barbara Ave and May Field Ave was a big play ground for us. We played in the woods all day. bliss Meadows was always a farm. On part of that land we made a baseball field- we were sandlot kids and played baseball all day in the summer. Now I am 67 years old . It is wonderful what you have done at Bliss meadow and Barbara and Parkewood Ave Park. You should really be proud...
