EDIT: For Friday, May 4 2018
I just don't think I can go here anymore. How do the employees who sneer, talk in slow, clipped tones (because they input the wrong item on your order), and who have no social skills, ever get hired? Hiring managers, are you sleepwalking when interviewing these people?
I was going drive thru, a d I just finally hit .y limit with the rude, obnoxious attitude I was being talked to with. I drove off without completing my order, and I doubt I'll ever be back to this BK.

(Original Review)
I always go Drive-Thru at this store, generally after work, so in the 5:20pm-5:45pm timeframe. I've seen a lot of folks shambling around, asking for money, and Drive-Thru just seemed like the best choice.
The food is alright, but the person I speak to over the speaker often seems to be kind of dazed and out of it. A couple of days ago, I got interrupted mid-sentence, as I was saying "I would like three chee-", where the worker cut in with "will that be all?"
I'm shocked. Sure, there aren't many things I could've been ordering, but at least let a man get more than half or less theough his sentence before jumping in. So, with that NOT being all, I said:
"I would also like a large-"
"WILL THAT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER?!"
I pause for a minute, because. I'm stunned. She wants to know what drink to have ready when I get to the window, right?! So I say,
"...would you like to know which drink I'd like?"
The reply is a loud sigh, followed by
"You said a large. What do you want to drink?"
At this point, I'm debating whether I want to do this or not anymore. I've had better service in the past, though, so I'm willing to just knuckle through it and hope for a better encounter.
"Yes, that'll complete my order." Is my reply.
.....silence.....
After 30 seconds, I go ahead and join the drive in front of me in the line, and the rest of the visit goes without incident. I went again today, and I didn't have that problem, but there's definitely something lackluster and uninspired about the 'speaker etiquette' I've experienced. Though rushed, the interactions at the window, despite any uncomfortable sealer encounters, went pretty much without incident.
Also, is it normal for the window to reek of weed? I'm not one to judge, but if that's what is inspiring the lackluster performance, maybe cut down that usage so a body can function at their place of work. Seems good sense to me, especially when you hope to keep getting a paycheck.
I know the job isn't a breeze (understatement), but make the best of a tough situation. That is what separates the winners who one day wow and amaze the world, and the rest who simply "get by" and "settle".
My only other issue is that the offer for a "free Whopper" for completing the survey is bogus. It isn't a "with a purchase", but you have to AT MINIMUM buy the meal associated with the sandwich you want, even if you never usually get the meal, so t essentially costs MORE to use the offer, unless you usually get the whole meal. I don't know, maybe most...
Read moreThis has to be by far one of the most disgusting horrible experiences I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Reasons why this place is still open and running. I am not certain, but I do think the health department needs to be called and also I think the staff there needs to be either trained properly or simply let go. The level of unprofessionalism will literally blow your socks off. Sadly, I feel that there’s something else going on there other than the rude customer service. I’m just glad I did not give them my debit card to pay for a meal. If you’re going to eat there, please be mindful that the surfaces there are not clean properly and could contain all types of bacteria that might cause you harm not to mention staff not properly washing their hands for 20 seconds. I also observe staff that were very animated in their conversations With obvious body fluids flying out of their mouths, landing on food that they’re preparing. Seeing one staff member scratching and then directly touching food with nails that were beyond the acceptable length for food prep. I observed and saw all of this within a span of three minutes. I was disgusted and had to refuse my order and walk away. From the Burger King located at 1735 Washington Blvd, Baltimore, MD 21230. My next step is to call the Baltimore city health department and also the Better Business Bureau. Credit cards skimmers are easily concealed. Also, with a lack of proper management and supervision, all sorts of criminality can take place. From staff skimming your credit card, charging you for things you didn’t purchase and not preparing foods in the most...
