PIZZA MASTER — Restaurant in Baltimore

This place is absolutely horrible I do not recommend anyone to order from pizza Master off of Washington BLVD. They overcharged my card by $12 and then took it upon yourself to add a $5 tip nobody signed the receipt. Their customer service is absolutely horrible when I called up to the restaurant to complain about several things I was completely disrespected. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and once I received it it was a styrofoam container filled with regular brown lettuce and some type of spicy ground up chicken all over the top with about 30 croutons no dressing or anything else that would come on a Caesar salad and the man said he told me when I placed the order that they don't have Caesar dressing which was never said he never asked me what dressing I would like in replace for the Caesar dressing because he never informed me he didn't have Caesar dressing he did not send any kind of dressing and then had nerve to tell me he will give me 10% off of my next order there will be no next order and I'm going to do anything I can to make sure that this awful order from tonight does not get paid for or refunded should I say. If I were you I would not even order a drink from this...

I love the flexibility of this store and how this is one of the only local places that will cater to your late night needs. There wasn't much open last night, and I landed on this store randomly on accident while simply trying to find something else...

The menu, is five stars for sure. I planned to order a fish & chicken combo, last night but they must've been busy because they stop taking orders.

A regular order from here, would be $15 or less. For lunch today, I ordered a chicken cheese-steak meal, & 3 can sodas. Which ended up being $20+. Which is a little pricey.

The fries were not something I liked, but the cheese-steak had alot of flavor to it. I started to get a stomach ache after my first couple bites, which can sometimes happen when everything clashes. I taste, really good fluffy bread - & a super seasoned and interesting chicken cheese-steak. Maybe a regular cheese-steak would have did it. IDK. I ordered from there a chicken cheesesteak with just Mayo lettuce tomato and fried onions. That’s what I get every time I order from anywhere. When i received my order it had so much hot peppers on it I couldn’t eat it . I called back and told the lady over the phone my order was wrong and she hung up on me . I called back again and asked to speak to the manager and she stated she was the manager and that I could take the hot peppers off. I could of if it wasn’t already mixed into the Mayo and thru out the sandwich. So she huffed and puffed and said she would bring out a new sub and to wrap up the other one . So I did .
