Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and I will never be back. It's the morning rush so I understand the long line, however, the language barrier was a huge issue and the wait is more than unusual. I tried to speak as clearly as possible and although the person taking my order nodded like he understood, still the order was incorrect. My order was simple; 1 donut, 1 bagel TOASTED with butter on the side and one hazlnt coffee with EXTRA cream and EXTRA sugar. My coffee was wrong not once but twice. I tasted the 2nd coffee and could tell IMMEDIATELY it was not right because I am pregnant. I then threw THAT coffee in the trash because a woman came up AFTER me and tried to drink it thinking it was hers (and then got her coffee and left before me). When I told them I was STILL waiting for my coffee after 7 minutes (at least 6 people who came in after me had already been served by the way) the person behind the counter had the NERVE to ask me where the wrong coffee was? I told him I threw it away. He basically said that there was no way to tell if I threw it away!? I told him to bring his A$$ out and then and come look! He really thought I STOLE the coffee. Where the hell was I going to put it?? I felt extremely discriminated against and this was very insulting. It is not my fault that you all were unprepared and got my order incorrect 3 times. Then when I got to work and not to my surprise , my bagel hadn't even been toasted. I will never be back to this store!!! The one on Frederick rd. in Catonsville is the best and where I frequent...

I love me some Dunkin donuts they are by far one of the best in morning coffee and grab and go quick breakfast meals! The customer service at every location is definitely noticeable and enjoyable they have a great group of employees I always have an enjoyable time when I visit any dunkin' donuts location congratulations to dunkin' donuts personnel and customer service management you're doing something right and it shows. Horrible location. Gets worse by the day and the employees are always changing. Got donuts and the appearance was off, icing all messed up like someone had dipped their fingers in it and they always get the orders wrong. Felt sick after? With a headache.
