Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered via "On-the-go", when I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later and went to the the drive-thru I asked for my order. I then heard the manager through the speaker yell to her employee to start making "the food". I asked "has the order not been started?" I was then berated by the manger who snapped at me saying "WE DO NOT CONSTANTLY CHECK THE ON-THE-GO ORDERS FOR THE DRIVE-THRU; WE MAKE YOUR ORDER ONCE YOU GET HERE". I fail to see what's the point of a customer using "On-the-GO" if the order isn't going to even be initiated until the person arrives... it literally saves the customer no time. I will no longer be going to this location as I am accustomed to the manager seeming like she has a chip on her shoulders (awful/unfriendly attitude) however today was the last time as I have no desire to be snapped at as if...

Ordered cold brew coffee they gave me iced coffee drink they said they remade the order which was a clear lie refused to remake drink and refused refund because it was a free drink earned on the Dunkin app I should not see 1cm sugar in bottom of the cup when you go to hand it to me then when you claim you remade the drink see the exact same cup with the exact same sugar line in the bottom of the cup .... Talking about I dumped the first one and remade it in the same cup.... Who does this??? No one then has nerve to get an attitude with the customer because you were caught being lazy on the job sorry darlin you have that twisted no it is not correct no I am not satisfied yes I want a full refund on my entire order just because the way you handled the situation and the attitude you got with me for calling...

This Dunkin is good. And I love how they put regular sugar on their Bavarian cream donut instead of powdered sugar which gets all over the place! However, I don't like having to ask for a receipt. It should be automatically given. Especially when it has a survey on it. The traffic to get out of this Dunkin is awful! It's right on rt 40/Pulaski Hwy.. which is on my way to and from work.. just don't stop there if you're in a hurry... cause it's gonna take forever to get outta there! And right now.. 1/22/20 and for the last few weeks, there's been construction right on that corner at the light making it worse... buyer beware.. lol Other than that, I've only had the coffee and donuts here.. which...
