Lucky's Pizza, Subs & Wings — Restaurant in Baltimore

The food is mediocre at best. Yes it’s convenient but the price for what you get isn’t worth it. 14 min to deliver. A chicken box, 4 wings and fries, 16.00! 16! And yes I called and asked for an order thinking it was about 10-12. When trying to order a half sub combo, it was 14. Honestly the place is too over priced but the customer service isn’t that good either. One of the drivers called me to come get my food. I forgot my money mid way downstairs so I went back up to get it. Mind you there’s 2 cars in the lot. Both cars with the lights on and engine. And it’s dark outside. So I go outside, the first car I went to wasn’t the right one, redirecting me to the actual car! So the dude decided he wasn’t going to make no effort to get out the car the whole time! So I went to the car and he says to me “ god youre so slow with getting your food”, in a low key irritated way. He doesn’t want to get out the car or meet me partly to the door. But he expected a tip. Funny. Honestly if I could choose somewhere else, I would. Better service, better price and better driver. I hope I don’t have to order from them no time soon. This place does not deserve a star. I ordered 2 8-inch fish subs, 2 fries, and two sodas. My total was $25.84 plus gave the person a tip in cash. The two fish subs had 1 square fish cut in half, a little bit onions, which it should have been extra onions on both 8-inch subs, very little hot, Little bit of mayo, which asked for extra mayo on both. I called Lucky's to asked them, "How many square fish goes on an 8-inch sub?" Whomever answered the phone said, "One square fish on an 8-inch, two on the 12-inch." To my knowledge on a round hamburger roll, You get one square fish. For example: Like they give you at McDonald. How on an 8-inch sub, Lucky's going to give you 1 square fish?

People need to boycott this place because they cheat people out of their food. I should have placed an order at McDonald's if I wanted a fish on a round bun. This place went downhill for years. You will not get what...

BAD: Not much for a local take pizza, some personal taste changes (see below)

I got great value for 22$ (pre tax) The sub-pizza deal (check the menu) I got a cheesesteak, medium pizza, fries, and canned soda

Pizza - tasty, crispy crust and comes with a great garlic sauce. I would ask for more cooking to make the rest more crispy

Fries - HUGE, close to 1 lb, I requested crispy and they were - very decent flavor

Cheesesteak - meat and toppings very flavorful. The roll is generic and soft. If they kick up the roll - awesome - Id request a toasted roll (unless you like soft)
