Do not use the mobile App! It’s super janky and only will stress you out, the staff out and waste your money.
I cannot rate if the food is good or bad. I am giving the restaurant 5 stars because they did try to help. The app malfunctioned and my order was never sent to the restaurant. When my order was never received, I asked if I could get a refund. They said, unfortunately I had to contact corporate.
Which is fine but corporate said to return to the restaurant. Very confusing to say the least. The only help the store could provide was a phone number for the district manager. So, honestly I am blaming corporate for this not the specific restaurant.
I do not want to speak to this person unless they can explain to me why their employees are unable to refund a customer seven dollars. This whole thing was over seven dollars.
Does McDonalds corporate take 7 dollars out of their employees paychecks if they give a refund? Does McDonalds terminate their employees for giving good customer service?
They must be because I cannot fathom why the manager would be unable to give a refund to a customer even with substantial evidence was presented to them.
All that being said, the manager who tried to help me was VERY hard working. They were constantly getting orders ready and delivering food to customers.
I absolutely do not want this manager to be reprimanded for this interaction. They basically broke it down that there was nothing they could do. Nothing the store could do for me at all. It was on a corporate level to resolve this issue.

Read moreI purchased a McCrispy Deluxe Sandwich and fries through the drive through. My passenger paid for them and his order. The bacon was left off and the fries were cold on arrival. My passenger paid for them.
I was late for work, and planned to call when I arrived my office. I tried to reach somebody by phone. No answer, and phone at this location. would not accept messages. I was unable to get through until few days later.
I was finally able to reach someone at this location to by phone. A woman by the name of Charise? told me to bring it back, and told me to bring the receipt. I explained to her that I did not have it and that my friend paid for ot via credit card. She said it would be fine.
It was several days before I was able to return and when I did, an aggressive, slender man with horn rimmed glasses rudly replaced my order. I believe him to be the owner.
He was so obsessed with getting a receipt in spite of me having the sandwich and 3/4 full FF container.
His behavior was angry and aggressive. Several of his employees including several from the "Catonsville store" huddled around as he rudly told me "no refunds or exchanges without a receipt"
There 6 employees there with him. It was like a gang. His mannerisms and rudness were threatening!
After embarrassing me, he replaced my order.
This "manager's" behavior was horrible! I was polite and put out by the lack of attention to assembling my original sandwich and selling me cold, hard, greasy fries.
This is by far the worst customer service I have received in a long. long time. His behavior is costing this location sales! All because of his obsession with getting the receipt.

Read moreI went to have breakfast with my fiancé before going to the office that opens at 9am. We were there early so that we can take our time. We got there at 7am. We bought food and sat down and ate. I still had my drink and we were going in and out to smoke. At around 8:50am, the owner/manager GARY came up to us and started to scream at us for being there. I still had my drink and we were just sitting there. My fiancé even went to buy another drink, but GARY was not having it and told him he has 20 mins to drink it. Utterly disrespectful, especially to a customer and a paying customer at that. I feel sorry for the workers there. It was already embarrassing for their manager/owner to scream at your customers early in the morning. Especially after you bought food from there. By the way, there aren't any signs saying that you can only be there for 20 mins. And what is embarrassing is that it was such a turn off that customers got up and left when he started to scream at us. It was so unnecessary, he didn't even introduce himself, he just kept screaming, "we're not doing this! We're not doing this!" I was so confused coz I dont know what GARY was talking about. We had to ask him who he was because it is weird to be screamed at early in the morning for having breakfast at your establishment. He had no decency, manners, or respect.
